Purchased as a Christmas present for partner, product arrived faulty. The points for the times where loose inside the face of the watch (told it was a possible glue issue) after images where sent to show the fault. Advised a replacment wouldn't come in time and would have to wait untill the faulty product was receive for the refund. Second class label sent to return with... Looks like someone won't be getting a Christmas present this year.

Watch looked fantastic, bought it for my daughter for Christmas. Think she'll love it.

The watch is lovely and was a great gift. It’s just a shame I paid extra for the quickest delivery but it turned up a week late, missed the gift deadline, disappointing.

I ordered a watch for my son in Australia on 27th Nov. International tracked and signed for. I have asked for the tracking no. For 3weeks and received nothing. I downloaded shop which it said on website would show when it arrived and it still says shipped. I have contacted the company more than 6 times by email and other than one to say it had been sent nothing. No telephone no. Working, no communication. The watch was supposed to arrive 5-10days and I have left it further as its Christmas. Nothing has arrived, I will be surprised if it does. Do not buy from this company for the fact there is no customer care and no product
UPDATE 21/12/20 the watch has arrived today and is product I paid for. I don't know the quality of watch as yet. This company needs to improve its customer care and communication.
Update and response to reply by treeticker. I have checked my emails and I did not recieve an email from you on the 12th. You sent me an email on 28th stating it had been sent, but did not communicate with me after that until 24th Dec asking me to review item. There seems to have been poor communication, my main issue was not being given tracking no. My son has said the item is as stated, but would encourage better communication (telephone no. Working)

Ordered a Marula I men's watch, with engraving. The watch face of what I ended up receiving was a complete opposite of what was advertised on the website. They have no clear returns/ refunds procedure, aside from a contact us page. Despite me offering them to just replace the watch face if possible, I've been waiting more than 2 weeks for a response after 2 attempts to get in touch with them. Lack of communication and sent the wrong watch is sad. That's 39.00£ down the drain, thank you for your custom. For any tree ticker representatives out there, I understand you may have been busy but I've had minimum 2 weeks patience with you, and two tries to contact. Order number: #2534 if that means anything to you. Thank you for . . .well nothing. . . Disappointing. I advice all potential buyers, that you buy at your own risk, in the knowledge that what will be delivered may or may not be what you ordered, it's really as simple as that.

Update post tree ticker response: See image in my profile pic... That's what I got... Your explanation makes no sense... I've viewed the watch at various angles and lighting conditions, what you say makes no sense.... This should have been stated in the product description..

I often lose my watches as I'm rather forgetful, but having my number engraved on the back means that this HOPEFULLY won't happen again. The price was excellent and the delivery was very quick. Plus the packaging was beautiful. Overall, a brilliant purchase. The watch is a little big on me, but that's only because I have a very small wrist! I still wear it daily and love it regardless. Thank you.
