Customer service is always easy to reach and quick to answer all questions.

The whole experience was amazing. The project was a collective of photos by student and each page was dedicated to a parent to construct. it was amazing how this enabled all parents to jump right in, make it their own and once its done we were able to send off and get it in time for graduation!! thank you treering for making it so simple.

We have designed and purchased our school's yearbook through Treering for the last several years and have been very happy with each of them. The designing is user friendly, and the books come out looking so professional.

It took me some time to understand how to navigate this website but customer service was prompt in their response and very helpful.

Friendly Customer Service, but issues when making the book. The books arrived quickly. The books look great, and they were packaged well. We had some issues with the book getting scrambled with last year's book just weeks before our deadline. We were unable to edit for a full week, and it seemed that our case was closed before our problem corrected. The issue was resolved. It just caused some major anxiety. Our staff editors and moms also noted some issues with glitches, but overall, we are very happy with our finished product and how quickly we received the orders.

The website was so easy to use and all the online resources were very helpful. Also there were a few situations that I had to speak with customer service. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

I loved being able to call and get help from your customer service. Many times, I was stuck trying to figure out how to do something. I would call and they would help me.

I have been trying to order my son's yearbook for 2 weeks and you can't sign into the website and you have to wait on hold for 2 hours to get assistance by phone.

Loved using this website for my yearbook class. Definitely will be using next year!!!

This company is amazing. They have superb customer service and are very practical. My experience could not have gone any better.

The program is very user friendly to use. I like the fact that there are icons to use for inserting picture, texts and graphics. If a mistake is made its very quick to correct. Also, love the fact that the pages have guides to make sure that all of my information fits on page.

I have been trying to order a yearbook for my daughter with customized pages for days now and not only is the interface to customize pages absolutely terrible, the site is so slow, I can barely navigate around. The customize interface claims to allow you to edit the layouts, but I can't figure out if you can move things from one page to another. If you can, it's not obvious. You also cannot delete blank pages when you've condensed things to 2. I HATE this website. I still can't order and the deadline is today. What a waste.

Its pretty good, and has many design options, but it wont let 2 people work on the same page at a time, and that wastes lots of time.

I've been using treering since 2014. I love the flexibility and transparent pricing as well as the ability to order a single book anytime! I've done books on my own for elementary and with students for middle school. Having a proof to check out before printing the final copy is gold. Not having to buy and sell books, a huge time saver. Can't beat the quick turnaround time either. Custom pages of my boys for the last 10 years has been priceless. I only wish I had done more now that they are in HS.

Our school has been using Treering for over 6 years and I have recommended them to many other school in our area. They are great to work with and dont lock me into a contract and make me buy a certain amount of books every year. Our families can order a book anytime, even years later. This is so helpful when a kid looses a book or parents forget to buy one even though I sent them 1,000 reminders. Parents also love the two free custom pages that just print in their child's book. Yearbook distribution day is my favorite day- the kids are so excited to get their book. Our school even makes money as we are able to add a fundraiser amount into the price and change that amount in our account anytime. They give 10% off if you order before Sep 30 too!

This will be our school's third year using TreeRing. This isn't the first company that I have worked with, but this is the company that I have enjoyed working with the most. I love the features they offer, the customer service from their representatives has always been helpful, respectful, and encouraging. Even when there was a printing error, they helped fix it for us immediately and were in constant communication throughout the process. I have upper elementary students work on the yearbook as an elective and the interface is so user-friendly, and the representative that we worked with was available to answer any of our questions.

I enjoy the quality of the yearbooks.

Still waiting on a yearbook that was purchased through the local elementary school for the 24-25 school year. The 25-26 school year starts in a week. I hope the school chooses a different company to work with this year, because this turnaround time is unacceptable.
