Excellent service. Workers are hard working and fast. Very careful not to disturb surrounding areas. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend. Clean up was perfect. Clean up was so good could hardly find a wood chip. This was the removal of a 50 ft tree!!!

I had two trees removed as well as another tree trimmed. Very fast, efficient, and they cleaned up well after the job. Very reasonable rate as well. I would recommend them and use them again if I needed this kind of work again.

The crew arrived on time and went right to work. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needed tree services. They were orderly and very detailed in cleaning. They had the right tools and manpower! The price point was spot on.

Their crew were great! They asked for my input multiple times to ensure they were meeting expectations. They were concerned about safety too. Plus they were flexible enough to take care of a couple more trees which required some minor trimming. Also, they arrived early after calling me to ask if it was convenient and then they cleared away the debris quickly after they were done trimming. I would like to use them again for future projects.

When we moved into our new home we knew the trees hadn’t been maintained by the previous owners. We decided to give the tree doctors a call to see what needed to be done to our trees. We were able to get an estimate from Derek who was honest and knowledgeable in which trees needed to be pruned. We were happy with how professional Derek and the tree trimmers were. When the guys came in they had everything they needed, were efficient and cleaned up the yard. Once they were done, our trees looked much better. I am recommending tree doctors to all my friends and family!

Awesome experience! I had a couple dead trees in my yard that I needed to have removed. I spoke with Mechelle from Tree Doctors and was very helpful, and explained that they would give me a free estimate for the job. Adam came and gave me an estimate for the tree removals, and informed me that they could even plant new trees in their place! The crew was very experienced and professional. I am beyond happy with their work, and I would highly recommend them.

We were looking to make some more room in our yard and needed to have a couple trees removed. We called Tree Doctors and spoke with Stacey and she was more than happy to send someone out. Adam met with us and gave us the best price in the area to have the trees cut down. They got a crew out to us and had the trees cut and removed. The process was quick, and cheap.

Great service! Called for an estimate on trimming some branches that were too close to my house, Olga was very friendly and was able to have someone come out to give me an estimate right away. I was worried about the house since the branches were so close, but David and his team did great! No damages at all! Highly recommended.

I have a bunch of trees on my property that weren’t looking very healthy so I called The Tree Doctors and spoke with Stacey. We were able to set up a free estimate and Glen came to look at the work I needed done. He was able to give me a fair price for the work and got a crew out right away to work on my trees. The crew that worked on my property were very professional and experienced in tree grooming. They were able to cut out dead branches and left my trees looking beautiful and healthy again.

If you need to have your trees prepared for winter, Cory at Tree Doctors is the man for the job! His men were able to wrap my trees, and put mulch down to protect them. I am very happy to know my row of trees will be safe. Thanks a lot guys!

I just recently bought a new property, and I could tell the trees were in some pretty rough shape! I called the Tree Doctors and Mechelle sent someone out for an estimate right away. Glen came out to the property and I walked him around to show him all of the trees. We needed some serious trimming and pruning done. He gave me a very nice price for all of the work, and scheduled a crew to come out for me. The guys did a very wonderful job trimming up the trees. They got all of the dead branches out for me, and they even removed a dead tree. The property looks a lot better now, and I owe it all to the Tree Doctors. I will absolutely use them again!

Tree doctors came and pruned the branches on our large silver maple. The branches were hanging dangerously over our roof.
They did an excellent job cleaning up the hazard, worked fast and efficiently. We appreciated that they were able to arrive early Saturday morning. I would definitely recommend them and will call again when I need them.

There has been a tree in my yard that has been causing problems for a while. Branches have been falling everywhere, and the tree has been an issue for letting sunlight into my garden. I called and spoke with Mechelle at Tree Doctors and they were able to get someone to my house that week for an estimate. Adam gave me prices to have the tree pruned to get rid of the dead branches, and also allow for more sunlight in the area. The crew they sent out was very polite, and they did a very quick job of trimming my tree and hauling away all of the branches. I would gladly use this service in the future.

We had a couple small stumps in our yard that the kids kept tripping over when they were out playing. I called The Tree Doctors and Olga was very friendly and scheduled a day for a crew to come dig the stumps out of our yard. Cory and his crew worked very hard to dig the stumps up, and dispose of them for us. Their customer service is top notch. Lovely group of people to work with.

Called The Tree Doctors again this year for my yearly pruning. We have a ton of trees on the property, and I normally call them every year or two for some work. Stacey was happy to set a time for Glen to come out and give me an estimate on whatever needed done. Glen inspected my trees and determined which ones really needed trimmed, and got a crew out right away. The guys worked very quickly and got the dead branches out of here for me. As always Tree Doctors did a great job, and I will gladly continue to use them.

I have a group of trees that are growing closely together, we noticed the branches of one tree were extending out and blocking the growth of the other trees. The other trees were looking lopsided as the branches were growing up instead of out. I called the tree guys to see if there was anything that could be done to help the cluster look better and to help the growth of the other trees. Adam was very knowledgeable and able to walk us through which trees would need trimmed. After we got the estimate, David and his team came out and got the trees trimmed. They even cleaned up after they were done! My little cluster looks so much better now and they advised that additional trimming may be necessary in a few years to help encourage growth in the right areas. I know who I’ll be calling when that time comes!

I was really happy with the price they offered me, so I agreed to hire them for the job. David and his crew showed up and they went to work right away. They cleared a lot of the dead branches out of my trees, and cleaned up my yard really well. I’m very satisfied with the Tree Doctors, and would recommend them to anyone.

I spoke with Olga last week about placing an order for firewood. She explained the prices to me, and I made a purchase. They were very quick to deliver the wood, and they stacked it for my in my garage. Tree Doctors are the best place around for firewood.

In the summer of 2018, I hired Tree Doctors to remove a tree on my neighbour's property that was posing a threat of falling and damaging my property, namely a brand new fence and landscaping. Initially, of all the companies I vetted for the job they were approachable and relatively organised. I opted to move ahead with Tree Doctors based on the positive reviews I found online, and the work was scheduled shortly after. Sadly, during the removal of the tree, a large limb was dropped resulting in significant damage to the fence I was aiming to protect by hiring Tree Doctors to remove the sickly tree.

Accidents happen, that's understandable. However, after hearing the crash, I approached the crew to find out what had happened and they initially tried to convince me that a broken fence post could merely be hammered back into the ground, not mentioning the damage caused to an 8-foot section of the fence at the time that later had to be rebuilt.

After working my way through customer service representatives on the phone and explaining the issue and the crew's response on site, I was relieved to hear the matter would be dealt with immediately and the fence would be restored to its original state. The customer service manager moved quickly after that point to request a quote from the company that had recently installed our new fence to ensure the repairs were done properly and with respect to our property.

After receiving a quote for the repair, Tree Doctor's general manager called me directly requesting I allow them to find an alternative solution "because they need to make money too." Ultimately, I agreed to look at alternative contractors of their choosing, all of which turned out to be priced significantly lower than the original fence contractor I had hired, which raised my concern. When asked about the company names, materials planned for use, the scope of repair work and warranty on the repairs, Tree Doctors declined to provide any response to my questions and agreed to hire the company that installed my fence initially.

The repairs were finally completed approximately two months after the damage took place and I paid the remaining balance owed to Tree Doctors in full after withholding it until my satisfaction in the repairs. At that time, I believed the ordeal was over, and we could put everything behind us.

Sadly, three months later I was brought back into a contract disagreement between the two companies. Tree Doctors had failed to pay the fence contractor in full based on their "feeling" that the work performed by the fence company was not worth the amount approved in the contract, citing a service that was apparently discussed between the two companies on a phone call, but was not present on the contract signed by both companies.

Fortunately, after several days of back and forth via email, phone and failed in-person visits, Tree Doctors paid the fence contractor in full for the agreed upon, contracted amount, but not until everyone in this matter had wasted days and weeks of time squabbling over something that was not part of the contract.

Within an hour of paying the fence company their due amount, Tree Doctor's staff took to the internet to leave the fence company a negative review on the basis that Tree Doctors felt that they should have been able to pay less than the agreed-upon fee for the repairs because a service that was not included in the signed work agreement was not performed on the day of the repairs. Confusing, I know...

I'm not a person that typically leaves a review, good or bad, but in this case, I felt obliged to share my experience with Tree Doctors as they proved to operate with a lack of maturity and professionalism in my opinion. I hope that in future, should you hire them, you do not encounter the same experience I did.

I would not recommend this company.
