Written by the company

Treble Health provides comprehensive Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT) to treat tinnitus, combining counseling and education with sound therapy plans tailored to individual needs. The patients are supported in their journey towards habituation at every step – from 1:1 video consultations with a world-class audiologist, through to live group coaching sessions that track progress over time. By providing the best possible treatment plan for each patient's specific circumstances Treble Health aims to help those affected by this condition achieve greater comfort and improved quality of life. The TRT sound therapy approach seeks to reduce the perceived loudness of tinnitus by providing external sounds as a way for patients to "drown out" their condition. To this end, individuals can wear specialized sound generators - such as tinnitus maskers - or use everyday household devices like electric fans, white noise machines and TV static in order to give their brains time to adjust and lessen the contrast between background silence and intrusive ringing caused by tinnitus over prolonged periods. When you work with Treble Health, you’ll receive a pair of tinnitus maskers and coaching on sound therapy, sleep, and the essential toolkit needed to beat tinnitus. If you choose the treatment plan that includes Treble Health’s Treble Maskers, you’ll receive two Bluetooth tinnitus maskers delivered to your home. These discreet, behind-the-ear devices deliver sound therapy to soothe the ears and distract the brain from bothersome tinnitus. Purchasing the Treble Maskers includes appointments with Treble Health’s world-class audiologists. Their goal is to help you achieve habituation as quickly as possible by showing you how to get the most out of your Treble Maskers and holistically reduce your tinnitus with sleep strategies and CBT coaching techniques.

WHAT WENT RIGHT.

The meeting was short but effective. I explained how I had not worn my hearing aids in about 4 months. But recently I encountered a setback. My teacher informed me that was not unusual and just start the process again and not to worry or be concerned.

Highly recommended

They are the only ones who are helping hundreds of people providing free consultation with real experts and doctors. They are doing a phenomenal job. I wish them best and look forward to seeing them expand their footprint so more and more people can benefit from them.

Hopeful!

Dr. Ben Thompson was amazing. He took his time and explained everything perfectly. He was truly interested in how tinnitus was affecting me mentally and in my everyday life. He listened to my partners questions as well as answered everything to ensure we had all of the information. I am VERY excited to start this treatment seeing as my ENT said there is "no" treatment for tinnitus. Thank you!

Insufficiency

Started with them in Aug/Sep of 2024 due to an ear injury from an assault. Suffered from tinnitus and hyperacusis. The first person they paired me with was nice but she wouldn’t schedule meetings/follow ups for months. And my ear equipment (the left ear had issues/stopped working) I requested a refund and they offered to pair me with someone else (I agreed but wasn’t to confident in the equipment) the second person was nice but my equipment gave out again ( it had issues/stopped working like 2-3 times in about 8 months and the services overall didn’t help much as far as reduction) I didn’t care to put the effort in to continuous get the equipment fixed and I’m such an introvert so I let it go. I requested a refund and found out it is actually a partial refund. The partial refund was actually smaller than it was supposed to (they short me by $300 due to an internal misunderstanding and I eventually gave up the back and forth) In my opinion, my case should have been granted a full refund being since I was not provided the proper consistent help in the first crucial 6 months of therapy immediately after my trauma.

Experiencing tinnitus for four years.

At first, I wasn’t quite sure how this was going to go. I really don’t care for dealing with Internet services especially using it for my tinnitus. I tried a doctor here in town. His services weren’t of any value. He wasn’t a tinnitus expert.

After having my first meeting with Ben I was informed what the costs would be. I tried calling the Treble Health number a day later, but all I got was an answering service; unable to talk to a human being, I left my cell number, but no one called me back. For the money being charged, somebody should’ve called me back. Needless-to say, frustration set in.

My meet and greet with Dr. Suzanne May went very well. She was patient with me and listened to all of my gripes. I probably sounded frustrated and upset, but that was due to my earlier experience.

I received all my sound equipment the other day. My next meeting is Tuesday. I’ve been dealing with this noise in my ears going on four years now. So, thanks to Suzanne’s inspiration, I’ll be looking forward to it!

Sincerely,
Ty Tanski

Understanding with Treble Health

Treble Health has been supporting and helpful as I've begun treatment in their Tinnitus 180 program. While I have yet to complete the treatment, I am already noticing improvements in my quality of life, and Treble Health remain steadfast in their belief that my condition will significantly improve.

For my tinnitus

For my tinnitus, Their expert audiologists offered more help and relief just in the first free zoom consultation than my several ENT specialists ever did. I highly recommend this group. If you’re suffering, and have been told, like I had been, that there is no hope or cure, do yourself a favor and contact this group.

Great Team of Doctors at Treble Health

The team at Treble Health have been great. Very experienced, understanding and patient doctors. I have been working with Dr Priscilla Giler in San Francisco and she is great. After the hearing test, she fitted me with sound devices and they are very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Tinnitus was keeping me up at night

Tinnitus was keeping me up at night. I was waking up multiple times a night, sometimes 3 to 4 times a night. I am now able to sleep through the night or just wake up once. Thank you to Treble Health and their therapies.
