Treble Health provides comprehensive Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT) to treat tinnitus, combining counseling and education with sound therapy plans tailored to individual needs. The patients are supported in their journey towards habituation at every step – from 1:1 video consultations with a world-class audiologist, through to live group coaching sessions that track progress over time. By providing the best possible treatment plan for each patient's specific circumstances Treble Health aims to help those affected by this condition achieve greater comfort and improved quality of life. The TRT sound therapy approach seeks to reduce the perceived loudness of tinnitus by providing external sounds as a way for patients to "drown out" their condition. To this end, individuals can wear specialized sound generators - such as tinnitus maskers - or use everyday household devices like electric fans, white noise machines and TV static in order to give their brains time to adjust and lessen the contrast between background silence and intrusive ringing caused by tinnitus over prolonged periods. When you work with Treble Health, you’ll receive a pair of tinnitus maskers and coaching on sound therapy, sleep, and the essential toolkit needed to beat tinnitus. If you choose the treatment plan that includes Treble Health’s Treble Maskers, you’ll receive two Bluetooth tinnitus maskers delivered to your home. These discreet, behind-the-ear devices deliver sound therapy to soothe the ears and distract the brain from bothersome tinnitus. Purchasing the Treble Maskers includes appointments with Treble Health’s world-class audiologists. Their goal is to help you achieve habituation as quickly as possible by showing you how to get the most out of your Treble Maskers and holistically reduce your tinnitus with sleep strategies and CBT coaching techniques.

Tinnitus Success Story

I just wanted to provide some encouragement for anyone out there who is experiencing distress with tinnitus. I've had tinnitus for over 20 years, but it never really bothered me. I could hear it only if I "listened" for it, but why would I? That all changed in August 2023, it's now March 2026 and I can share with you that I am back to "normal" and my T doesn't bother me anymore with the help of Treble Health since February 2024. It took almost 2 years to habituate to the sound and again, if I don't think about it, I don't hear it at all! I was in a very dark place at times and believe me, it's been the most challenging issue I've had to deal with in my life. I also listened to lots of videos on YouTube with Julian Cowan Hill which helped tremendously. He really stresses the mind follows the body meaning if you get your body in harmony, then your mind will follow. I was under a lot of stress I didn't even realize since moving from a location (home) to a new location and other issues I was dealing with, mainly grief. I've always been a pretty healthy person, but I ramped it up. Here's my tips that helped me, hopefully they will help you too. Long walks and bike rides, swimming, eating only real food, stay off the processed junk and added sugars and salt as much as you can, no alcohol (mine ramped up days after drinking wine), no caffeine, therapy to deal with my grief, body based therapy to relax (massage, facials, I even tried cranial sacral for a bit), lots of water and I take a good multivitamin and magnesium citrate for relaxation before going to bed at night. My doctor also prescribed medication for a short while which helped me with the anxiety associated with T. I really struggled with sleep so the sleep headband really helped, that's the only way I could get a good night's sleep, I still use it. The T hearing devices (maskers) from Treble Health were also a must have for me, I wore them pretty much all my waking hours. And shut down the naysayers who say this will never get better, you just have to live with it --- that only adds to your stress and anxiety towards it. You WILL get better. Hang in there, live your life the best you can and find joy wherever you can. Everyone's T journey is different, so understand that, but I hope this helps someone out there today. Thank you to Treble Health and Julian Cowan Hill for the best T help out there! Take care everyone.

Dr Tricia is the best!

Dr. Tricia is one in a million! I was so nervous on my first visit, and she went over and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She taught me so much about tinnitus. She understood my anxiety and was very supportive.

I was sent a startup email after becoming a client. The video was setting up and Android and iPhone for remote care with the Widex remote link. I could not get the android to work Android S25 version 16. I checked Treblehealth's website and ran the qrcode for compatibility and all the boxes where checked and it passsed. I received an email from support stating iphone only since November. I have a friend who will allow me to use theres for remote care. Communication can be better on this area.
