Excellent from start to finish. Great website easy to navigate. Ordered some Doggy ice cream. Ordered Strawberry, Peanut butter, Coconut and Bluberry. My Cockapoo loves them all, I had a little taster myself, very nice. Ordered 6pm on 9th, delivered with standard delivery on 14th not the fastest delivery but no probs ice cream will not melt comes in powder form and just add water and freeze. PERFECT. Thank you to "Treat Your Dog" I am a happy shopper and my puppy Teddy is a happy dog with is ice cream. I will be using again.

This is the second coat I’ve bought for my standard poodle the quality is great it’s quite thick and waterproof the front legs have a wee pleat for movement I love them . I honestly think these are the best I have bought the blue also has great clap there really great bargin . Some are dearer on other sites this is great

Poor service and products. I returned the product as it was of inferior quality and not only did I have to pay the return postage but also the delivery postage for a product that I rejected due to poor quality. Avoid this company as there are many companies out there which provide both better products and customer service.

I have just received a waterproof dog coat for my Golden Retriever. I ordered size 5 and it fits perfectly. She is only 8 months old, so I will definitely be ordering the larger size when she has grown a bit more. I got messages and emails telling me how my order was progressing. Cannot fault this company.

My advice is not to buy from this company. I unfortunately ordered a canvas dog carrier which looked great as it made travelling in car easy and going camping etc. Their sizing is all wrong I have a Jack Russell terrier which is classed as a small dog and as I wanted her to have plenty of room I ordered a medium. My husband looked at the size measurements and said I should go for large which we both thought was strange. When it arrived it looked well made but when we put our dog into it and travelled in the car for twenty mins she had been very very sick which doesn’t happen when she is in her cage. When my husband unzipped it to let her out a bit of gauze broke off and stabbed his finger. He thinks this could be a serious health hazard if a bit fell off and the dog might choke on it.
My real upset is the lady I dealt with at the company by email. I asked for a refund or exchange as the product was not fit for use. She was dismissive and rude and told me she was correct and everything they did was perfect. Not good enough customer service wise and will never use them again as there are so many other really great companies doing the same thing. I see someone else has also had a problem with sizing and not getting their money back

Don't use , There towelling dog coat was hopeless the Velcro to hold it on was facing the opposite direction to the bit it should stick on. The collar area nearly strangles the dog and I went for the largest size.
Then I returned everything they sent and they didn't refund me the full amount. They kept money from me for no reason. Every thing was returned as i brought it with no damage.

Ordered a Scruffs dog bed from treatyourdog as it was cheaper than all other websites I had found the dog bed on. Bed as described, communication with company fine and product was delivered quickly, received within 2 days.
