I had gone thru the steps to review my rx…then I looked at the reviews. Afterwards, I was really afraid that I had been scammed like some of these others described their experience. But thankfully, that was not the case. I am a real customer and can confirm the process was speedy. If you call the pharmacy you selected and they say they don’t have the rx, ask them to check again. That’s what happened in my case. One minute the order was there and the next minute it was. Thank you.

After I did the questionaire and paid the fee, they said a doctor will call me the next day at a certain time. The doctor never called even 2 hours after the appointed time (they promise up to an hour after). Still don't have my prescription. This site is a scam! Should have gone to an urgent care or used a different service that does not do this "wait for a call" thing.

Typed in info on my lunch break, just to get a message that ooops our clinician needs to call you? Best practice may be if a client lives in a state that requires a phone or video consult, say that up front, before you have the credit card number. I was at work on my break! No call back time was given, just a 2 hour window. I waited over 3 hours with no call and had to put off needed treatment for another day. The whole point of online consultation is convenience. None here. Overpriced upsell on medication that I can now buy prescription strength OTC for less than half the cost. And pushing the abortion pill? Seriously? I went with GoodRX, got an instant call back and saved $10 off treatmyuti's price, and you should too. The only thing this company did that was really helpful was to cancel my order and refund my money.

I had a horrible experience with TreatMyUTI.com’s services. They charged me upfront for the consult and prescription ($89, you can find online UTI services that charge about half this) and then never actually provided me with either, though their website says they provide services in 1-2 hours. There was an issue because my sex assigned at birth doesn’t match what’s on my driver’s license, and though the website says they will UTIs for those with female anatomy, the team at TreatMyUTI.com stopped responding to my request for treatment when I sent an email clarifying that I was assigned female at birth. So know that this is not a transgender-friendly service. I ended up seeking service from another online provider (GoodRX) and had a hassle-free and less expensive experience there.

Took my money then would not approve a prescription unless I go have a UA done on Monday which defeats the purpose of using them on a weekend. Nothing on their website explains that this is a possibility. They gave me a code for a free UA to use when registering with the lab which doesn’t work! Will be going to my primary care doctor Monday. Just wasted 49.00!

They could be up front with customers! After taking my money they refused treatment without labs. I ended up at urgent care anyway and was treated promptly. If it sounds too good to be true, trust your gut! Never again!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I WAS UNABLE TO GET APPROVED TO GET MEDICATION FROM THEM. NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT FOR SOMETHING NOT SURE WHAT. SCAM USA. You will be better to to Urgent Care and be seen by a real doctor,

It's not just $49. It's an additional $50 if you agree to the recommended medications. I couldn't find anything on their website that said there could be an additional charge. Besides that, you only get a three day supply of the antibiotic. Anyone who has had a UTI knows that a three day supply won't do anything. This company is just there to make money and make you feel better!

Beware, this company discriminates against the elderly and disabled people. I am the caretaker for my elderly sister-in-law who has some cognitive difficulties. We paid the $50 and waited all day for the phone call, only to have Dr. Patel be gruff and refuse to talk to her, or ask her any questions about her symptoms because she has cognitive delay and a stutter, He just stated that he would not treat her and couldn’t even tell us if the company would refund the money. It is unacceptable to refuse care to a patient just because they are elderly and talk slower and you might have to spend an extra minute or two with them. In all my time being an advocate for my sister I have never encountered such an out of touch medical doctor with such appalling bedside manner. Dr. Patel needs to take some courses on how to give proper medical care to patients with disabilities.

They provide just a few antibiotics which I am allergic to. I specifically asked them if they would be able to give me a different one which they replied yes when you checkout. A blatant lie …. Now I am liable for a $49 payment!!

I am currently moving from one state to another, with no local dr yet. I came down with a UTI and didnt know how to get treatment and didnt want to go to the ER. This process was so fast and easy, which is heaven sent when you are sick. I simply filled out the information and answered the questions. I highly recommend this service and wish there was more like this.

I am from Canada and in US for month vacation. I found TMUTI online. I cannot believe I went to bed and woke up to a filled prescription!! This service is so convenient and must free up so much medical system time and money. Wish it existed in Canada.

I had tried every over the counter UTI remedy! Looked to SM for advise then googled treatmyuti.com! I was skeptical, but I could not get an appt with my doc for a week! I filled out questionnaire, waited for their doctor to review, then went to bed & the next day received antibiotics! It was seamless & genius! I am so great full ! It took FIVE days to finally get my medication (of course they took my money on day 1). The website has several bugs and this lead to my order being in limbo. My emails to customer service went unanswered, so I had to make several phone calls. Also, I paid extra for overnight shipping to my house and it took the company 2 entire days to just put it in the mail. Meanwhile my infection is just festering. Not a scam, but awful awful service.

Do NOT waste your time or money! It’s a scam and the so called physician is not a physician because no real doctor would prescribe Cipro at 250 mg to treat an adult UTI no less it was for 3 days only. I will be contacting BBB on this matter well!

So easy, follow up was quick, $50 well spent!
