It was fast and great

This site is a joke, I did this and had to email the next day for a status and was emailed later that day they couldn't treat me and I needed to see a doctor and I would be REFUNDED. OK, fine. I made my appt with my dr and was treated. I waited another day for my refund, never happened, so I did a dispute with my bank. This company stated I was treated but couldn't provide results, NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING!! Still disputing with my bank...

This was awesome! This is Saturday and I am leaving on Sunday for a 14 day trip. My UTI decided to make a big presentation! I got online and found this company. It was so easy and let’s just talk about the convenience! My doctor isn’t open on Saturday so what is a girl to do!

Do not use these people they messed up twice in a row they send your script where they want after many mistakes the ‘expert’ sends the same script to multiple pharmacies the same day do you think any pharmacist is going to not question that and how do you expect the insurance to cover that it’s too soon then. The negligence here is beyond okay. Never once talking to any medical professional while the mistakes are discussed never allowed to even after I had major concerns. Zofran in numerous cities serious antibiotics in numerous cities never canceling any of them. If you don’t see the issues here then you don’t understand ethics

Noone helped me. I do not have a UTI just back pain. They will not cacel the order and reimburse my account. I got my funds back! Got my bank involved and this review helped. Thank you all!

Just tried it out today. Because this is much more affordable and convenient than going to urgent care in person. Booked and paid with my HSA card. called me in the scheduled time. Dr. was super friendly, informative, and straight to the point. They were able to send my prescription to the nearest pharmacy in my area. :)

I felt a UTI coming on so I first called my primary physician for a prescription and was told I'd have to come in for an appointment and have lab work done before a script could be written. At 75 I know when I have a simple UTI, plus there wasn't any way to fit in an appointment right away. So, I got online and found a number of telehealth sites and quickly found out being over 64 put me in an unacceptable age group. Then I found TreatMyUTI. It was a snap to complete and submit the intake form with my $49, and within 2 hours I got a phone call from their clinician who asked a few more questions...she was punctual, friendly, professional, and thorough. My prescription was immediately submitted to my local pharmacy; it wound up costing me only $11.00 with my insurance picking up the rest of the cost, although it wouldn't have been much more than that even without insurance by using GoodRX.
I'm very grateful to have found these folks. The process was very quick and easy, the cost very reasonable, and the service was great.

Ripped off. This company Analyte going by Treatmyuti refuses to return $20 they charged my credit card for prescription for common UTI pain med which they never even had a Dr consultation about with me and now claim it wasn't to pay for the actual med just a fee they tacked on to get more $$$ from me.I had to pay pharmacy $29 as well so a $10 OTC UTI pain med cost me $49 instead. They also charged for lab fee which wasn't done so they refunded $29 only for that. MIsleading long questionaire and impersonal customer service responses. Im disputing remaining $20 they owe me on my credit card, so waste of money and time and creates more stress which does not help anyone heal.
There are better more accountable, responsive, and affordable online medical service companies I've used before. Only email responses from Analyte, like talking to a robot. This kind of treatment is why health care in this country sucks. Its all about money. So for $20 they ripped me off and I would never use their service again and I'm sure they don't care, because robots don't have feelings lol. Beware.

Fast efficient and best of all didn’t have to leave my house

I can’t say enough about using this service. I was in pain thinking I needed a doctor and I found this application at 11 pm. By time I woke up the next day, my prescription was already ready when I called my Walgreens and I quickly picked it up. The prompt response I received from treatmyuti, can’t be match. They took my worries away. I will definitely be spreading the word about this. It is amazing and removes the long doctors wait.

Paid 49 before I was emailed questionnaire that never loaded. No live person to talk to. Called credit card company to cancel my charge and send new credit card. If it seems too good to be true, it is. I got scammed.

I was in a lot of pain after peeing all night and ordered something at 4am. Within 2-3 hours they got back to me and filled the prescription and I just confirmed it’ll be ready for pick up in a hour. This was so much better than making an appointment with an Obgyn for just a routine UTI so I’ll definitely come back! And to comment on paying before hearing from the doc- yeah that was a bit concerning but I’m in a lot of pain so I need meds. I’m glad I did this.

I was hesitant.. is this really going to be that simple? I didn’t want to waste time and money at urgent care with no insurance. I know my body and my symptoms. Treat my UTI provided excellent customer service by responding to my emailed questions within an hour, at 9pm! my prescription was at my pharmacy the next morning and I couldn’t feel more relieved! It was easier and less expensive than an urgent care trip! I’m very impressed with everything about treat my UTI!

Easy to get the help I needed and I received the meds without any problems.

I contacted around 2am with a UTI and within 2 hrs I received a response with my prescription and it being sent to CVS.When I had a question it wasn't difficult to get in touch with someone as there is a chat, but for the question I had, I needed to speak to someone. I received an emailed response back right away. The process in general was easy and quick. I was able to pick up my prescription an hour after CVS opened. 5 star service. Thank you.

This company is a scam!! You have to give them your credit card info before you complete the questionnaire which may eliminate you from treatment, but they still have your card information and charge you. You can't reach a real person. When I emailed asking for a refund, I got a response instructing me to finish the questionnaire. I'm going to have go through my Discover card to cancel the charge.

These guys are great! Weekend, and surprise… I get a UTI. Got in touch with them, filled out a questionnaire about my symptoms and my prescription was called into my pharmacy and I’m able to start it today and not miss work tomorrow! THANK YOU!
