I waited 2 weeks to get an appointment at Broadway Pharmacy, Bexleyheath, Kent for a covid boaster jab. I arrived 5 mins early and waited in the queue. Lady asked me if I had booked the appointment online which I had. She told me to wait while she found out what was happening? I waited a while then she came back to tell me that the person dealing with giving covid jabs was not available apparently dealing with an issue. There was no one else who could help. I took morning off and it took a while to get there and back for what essentially was a wasted journey. It felt very unprofessional but I have not used before.

Third time using these guy. Easy efficient and really quick response. I have vit B12. Excellent price excellent service

I booked a private Covid vaccination. The nearest available was 10 miles away. I received confirmation and two reminders of the appointment. But when I turned up at the pharmacy they looked slightly surprised and said they hadn’t be Ed n able to get Covid vaccines for a few weeks. Driving there s assn back and parking was a total waste of my time,

Booked a clinical review by telephone and they didnt call me on the booked date/time. Booked again and they still didnt call me. Sent them a message via their online contact form.and they havent responded. Are they still in business?

Poor service no communication didn't approve the service to after the appointment date

Booked an appointment for 3 people @4.30pm for travel vacations. Received confirmation on the day, went to Herbert Road Pharmacy only to be told they only do travel vaccines in the morning.
3 separate people left work early a waste of time and had to find another pharmacy.

first 2 pharmacy's they sent me to click and collect from hadn't had stock for 5 months. They did direct me to a third pharmacy that did eventually have stock. I haven't done the test yet but sort it out!

Took a booking when pharmacy closed.

Now need to try and source another booking at short notice.

Very poor.

Perfect for what I needed, got a Covid recovery certificate from this company £24 cheap compared to other companies doing the same , very quick turnaround, thank you

I went to the clinic for an antigen test for travel. The staff were very helpful and everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend. Also asked for help via their WhatsApp service because I messed up my initial booking date and they were fast to reschedule even outside office hours. They also helped me find the relevant travel forms. Very grateful for their kind and professional service.

Treat local is a vital contact when travelling abroad with regards to covid tests etc. Quick response, excellent service all round. Definitely worth using if in any doubt re times to test so they are valid. Excellent... Excellent. Please use this website they doing a brilliant job puts your mind at rest.

Aside from starting 20 minutes late, the service was awesome! Very convenient and professional. was able to answer all of my questions. A correction on the report was needed and that was done promptly. Would and will definitely recommend the service!
