Scam bought an item from a different site and this company popped up stated I joined their membership which was not true be careful if you intend to purchase a garden item or shed you may get this company in stead.

Purchasing a shed online and once payment details were entered & confirmed we were directed to this company site saying we had purchased a subscription with them not the shed. Scam and has been reported and trying to stop payment as not what we were ordering. Never heard of this site before this happened. Pretending to be other companies to trick people. Not impressed.

My issues were addressed in a very professional manner.

I clicked on a link on Facebook that was supposed to take me to Decathlon, and when I paid for my order, I discovered that the payment actually went to Treatcosmetic. Suddenly, I had an account with them and a membership that, of course, they plan to charge for every 14 days. Canceling is only free after 24 hours, and the cancellation process takes another 14 days, which means they will still charge you again for the membership.

I reported this to their customer service, but all I got were copy-paste responses insisting that I signed up myself and that “these are the terms and conditions.” I NEVER SIGN-UP and NEVER AGREED TO ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!!
This is unacceptable and feels like a scam.
Update: They reached out to me today, still claiming I signed up voluntarily. As a “goodwill gesture,” they offered to refund the initial charge — only if I remove this review, because they consider it unfair now that the issue has been "resolved.
I’m keeping the review. The issue might be resolved, but it never should have happened in the first place.
