Amazing experience

Amazing experience! Very helpful staff! It is always stressful for me to find a location of bus station in a foreign country. I just used online chat at midnight, and Ani answered me very quickly and provided all the information which I needed. To be honest I was not expecting that type of service. Thanks a lot!

Be careful: system ignores corrections and support blames you

I was buying a bus ticket through this app.

At the beginning of the process, you have to enter your name and passport number. I had the misjudgment of temporarily entering random data, just to quickly preview the ticket details (like baggage, seat options, etc.).
I had no intention of purchasing the ticket with that information.

I went back, corrected the name and passport number with my real personal data, and only then proceeded to payment.

But when the ticket arrived in my email, I was shocked to see that my corrections had been ignored — the ticket was issued using the initial, incorrect information.

I contacted customer support within 5 minutes after the purchase.

Their only answer? “Buy a new ticket.”
But I didn’t want to buy a new ticket — I simply wanted to correct the data on the ticket I had already paid for, which I purchased just 5 minutes earlier. I contacted support immediately to report a system error, not a mistake on my part.

How could I possibly know that once you enter data and click “continue”, the system will lock in the very first version of the input — even if you go back and rewrite everything?
The app lets you go back and re-enter your details, so why allow that if the changes won’t actually be saved?

This was not a typo or one wrong letter. It wasn’t even a personal mistake on my part.
This was a case of the system failing to save updated information during the booking process — yet they blamed me, refused a proper investigation, and denied a refund.

To make it worse:
• Support takes anywhere from 10 minutes to over an hour to reply.
• They kept repeating irrelevant messages like “the system does not generate data automatically,” even though I never claimed that.
• They ignored my clear explanation and insisted everything was my fault.

Even worse, at one point they told me they would check my case with their technical team. After that, they said nothing for several days. When I followed up and asked if they had done the technical review as promised, they simply repeated the same line: “The system does not enter data automatically.”
This made it clear that they likely never investigated anything — they were just hoping I’d give up and stop asking.

In the end, I had to pay twice for the same trip, because their app failed — and their support failed worse.

If you book here, be warned: if something goes wrong, you’ll be blamed, ignored, and told to pay again.

Easy Booking, Hidden Discounts

The website is easy to understand, and booking a ticket is quite simple. I also found a unique feature on this site - the option to insure the ticket in case my plans change. However, after purchasing the ticket, I discovered that there are discounts available for students, which I couldn’t find anywhere during the booking process. If I was indeed entitled to a discounted ticket as a student, it's really unfortunate that this information is so hidden. In my opinion, after entering a personal ID number, the system should automatically apply the discount if the passenger is a student.

Redundant site fee

You should reflect the full price from the beginning and not add VAT at the end.
In addition, the site fee is redundant, we're in 2025, we don't pay site fees.

Comfy ride with complications

1. Tickets are easy to buy in TRE.GE app, but the application won't show tickets them without internet. The Internet does not exist on platforms so does in train(Stadler Kiss). But they can check validity according your ID,passport etc.

2. Is fine when conductor asked me for a ticket on the train, but I was also asked by some conductor on Kutaisi airport train station platform 10 minutes before train arrived, what is weird. I dont speak Russian well so we maybe were lost in meaning.

3. Even big strain stops like Tbilisi, Batumi has really small name sign what is difficult to see.

4. Train Stadler Kiss has some home-made repairs on plastic plates under seets close to doors which could be lifted and one of added screw ripped my pocket on my pants

5. WC doors in train Stadler Kiss dont hold closed and opens when train accelerate.

6. Train Stadler Kiss is comfy.
7. Conductor in train are fine.
8. Internal informational system on LCD screens works well.
9. Workers on train station Kutaisi Airport train station are nice, kind and speak En.
10. Kutaisi airport train station looks modern(but without internet)
