Another Perfect Trip with Trav N Go!
I’ve now booked with Trav N Go three times, and each experience has been absolutely fantastic. Our recent trip was a 10/10! My family and I started in Bali, spending a few magical days in Ubud, then moved on to the vibrant Seminyak, and wrapped up our adventure in Kuala Lumpur.

Trav N Go took care of every detail from start to finish, ensuring everything went smoothly. Their service and attention to detail are second to none. I’m already looking forward to planning my next getaway with them. Highly recommend!

Booked through wowcher for me and my mom to go to Iceland to see the Northern lights when this company called me up to arrange the so-called flights all it was was upselling making the most inconvenient flights possible evening flights morning flight so you essentially lose 2 days on the website it says that you are guaranteed 40 hours on a 2-night holiday I was given 32 hours on the first choice and then had to pay extra if I wanted the 40 hours I have now taken this dispute too wowcher this is not right. The company is registered to a actual residential house and has only been really trading this year fully this year it looks like. I want to go on holiday with them but I'm starting to lose trust. All she wants to do is up sell. If I paid for 40 hours holiday I expect a 40 hour holiday as a minimum like it says on the website. I don't expect to land at almost midnight and then go home at 8:00 a.m. with multiple layovers.

This is the 3rd holiday I have booked through Trav N Go and they always exceed expectations. We were a group of 6 girls and everything was arranged perfectly with no issues, we got a great deal in a amazing hotel and Naynesh also informed the hotel it was my birthday so were upgraded for free...

Am looking forward to my next holiday which has already been booked via them to Maldives.

We bought a three nights to faliraki from wowcher. It was a birthday gift for myself. All inclusive holiday either evita and another 4 star hotel. Upon paying wowcher you have given code to redeem the voucher. The 4* star Hotel is already fully book. Wowcher should not sell the holidays if hotel is already fully book. We where given 3 star hotel which they re assure me it was same standard fully inclusive. As no choice that once you redeem the voucher you can't cancel. I still went ahead I had to upgrade and pay for different flight times. Very late flight on day one to depart and very early departure . It looks like I will spending 2 days instead of 3 days in greece. Paid extra for early flight and late flight coming back. The hotel is not all inclusive before 10am and after 10pm you have to pay for drink and food. The food is awful 2 lunches spaghetti bolonase and chicken. Dinner not much choice of food. I was charged for 4 star accommodation and services. What I received is merely 2 /3 star. I complaint when I got there but most of the hotel are fully book. I contacted travngo it went to deaf ear even offer with voucher £50 for next holiday. Overall awful experience. DO NOT BUY HOILDAYS FROM WOWCHER . TRAVNGO the worst holiday agent i dealt with. They will try there best to make more money of you even you had pay already wowcher already. I hope this warn people instead of saving money you end up spending more. Better book your holiday e.g. loveholiday easyjet or other agent that you can see flight details.hotel and what's inclusive. First time and last booking wowcher and Travngo very bad experience.

Absolutely appalling service from start to finish. Bought our 7nights 4* getaway to Rhodes through Wowcher, we were excited until Sharon got involved.She is a smooth talker, first she made me pay an additional £180 and booked us a completely different holiday...when I objected to this she offered an "upgrade" in a different country. I emailed her more than once and explicitly said I wanted to cancel the holiday and demanded refund of my £180 to her company- I even put a complaint to Wowcher. Sharon came back with an excuse that there's been a cancellation in one of of the 3 original hotels but proceeded to change my travel dates & book us 5nights in a 2* hotel. Very expensive week indoors as there was nothing for me and my teen to do at this hotel. Shocking service throughout!

Great experience. Naynesh helped us save a lot on our holiday to Antalya and sorted everything out so swiftly and smoothly. Will definitely be using them again!

Straighforward, No fuss. Holiday was booked for us with savings, and the correspondance was good leading up to the tip.

W​e were dealt with a difficult situation that was due to an airline cancellation. Even though It was not the fault of Trav N Go, they walked me step by step to rebook and find options and solutions for me and my family.

I have used a lot of random agencies in the past but moving forward I will have this team as my go to.
That you for fielding out frustrations but also being so professional and turning a bad situation into a positive one. It speaks volumes to your integrity as a company.

Just came back from our trip to Sharm, Trav N Go were brilliant going through all the various room options to ensure we got the exactly what we wanted for our trip. They arranged everything including private transfer to and from the hotel. Our trip was also cheaper then what we could find with some of the bigger agencies.
Give them a go, we certainly will be using them again.

We really have to pay attention to the reviews to help make good decisions.
Trav N Go is not a good travel agency, they always have to pay extra money, l bought a deal 4NT, a multi-stay in Athens and Santorini with transfers and return flights but they make me pay £100 more per person or lose 1-night hotel and fly overnight back to London. Which is not a nice deal, to be honest, that sounds like blackmail, but that is sad from a company we should trust

We had a lovely holiday to Punta Cana. Tra N Go had organised everything for us in a timely matter. Picked an excellent hotel for us. Transfers to hotels and airports was all there waiting for us. The best thing was it all came within our budget that we had set. I would definitely recommend Tra N Go to my friends and family.

Wowcher 2 nights in Iceland - when I redeemed my voucher you then find out they want me to do a 9 hour flight via Amsterdam for a flight that would only take 1 hour. Wanted me to return to a different airport. The flight times they have basically turned a 3 day getaway into a 1 day event. They wanted me to pay an extra £180 to give semi reasonable flight times. 4* Central hotel not available only 2* on the city outskirts. Sales model is shocking. They wanted to sort a holiday for me but trust was broken.

I have just returned from my first trip booked with this company and can happily say I have found my new travel agent. Nainesh was very helpful from start to finish and provided us with a great deal. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

Riddhi was very helpful regarding our flights. I had a few problems 'checking in' online and not only was Riddhi very quick with responding to my emails she took the time to talk me through the steps over the phone.

If I could rate below 1 star I would. We purchased a voucher through Wowcher and all the bookings etc were dealt with my Trav N Go. At first our experience with them was pleasant and our trip details were quickly sorted, the hotel and flight confirmations were sent through quickly and we had no further contact. The only issue I would say we had at this point was that I was advised middle names weren’t required for the flight booking a later email sent by Trav N Go stated that all bookings had to match the passport exactly, so I’m glad we ignored the agent on this point.

We arrived at our hotel and when we went to check in, using the confirmation and booking reference provided by Trav N Go we were told by the hotel staff that our booking had been cancelled 3 days prior by Trav N Go. Luckily I was able to get in contact with an agent (after multiple calls that went unanswered) and I was told that it was “normal practice for them to cancel a booking during the free cancellation period and rebook under a different company”. I was told that a new booking had been sorted for us, which was a lie because nothing could be found on the hotels records. We were never told throughout the whole booking process that it was standard practice for Trav N Go to cancel and rebook our hotel reservation.

The agent did manage to get a new booking sorted for us but only after I persisted with keeping her on the phone and insisting that something be sorted asap. At one point the agent was unaware that I could hear the phone call (the phone had been passed to the reception staff) and she said that she would be hanging up the phone now, even though a new booking hadn’t been sorted yet!

All I can say is this company is awful and if I hadn’t been as insistent as I was over the phone I don’t believe they would have sorted our hotel reservation and would have left us stranded in a foreign country.

Horrible company and extremely unreliable. My partner booked through wowcher and the company offered the worst flight times and would not offer an email confirmation or reach out. When we wanted to cancel the booking they extremely unhelpful over the phone.

We recently wanted to plan a family getaway and their team was very helpful when it came to suggestions and planning our holiday. My wife and I are planning to used them again over the summer holidays.
