I traveled from Bansko to Sofia Terminal 1 with our driver, Pesho. He was punctual, and the journey was smooth and pleasant throughout.

Bansko transfers, I just used Traventuria for airport transfers for 3 Sofia Bansko and return after a week skiing. Traventuria are definitely my preferred operator, great for communicating, great vehicles and safe drivers. Good for other destinations and trips all year round too. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I booked my transfer 10 minutes before I took off and was given excellent service from the assistants indoor and the driver. It was very affordable and would highly recommend.

From even before we arrived in Bansko we used Traventuria for our ski/snowboard equipment hire and shuttle service to our hotel. All went very smoothly and easy meaning we had a good afternoon on arrival in Bansko. We headed straight to the main office to get organised, it was my first ski holiday and they were very accomodating to make sure the kit was a perfect fit, I also totally recomend the use of thier lockers as it was so close to the gondola. I also booked in lessons which were competitively priced and very good and one day took the horse riding tour which was fabulous from a family farm with a lovely mini zoo and all the animals were well cared for and the guide made me feel very safe. It was a beautiful experience. Totally recommend Traventuria for all your needs in Bansko and I can't wait to come back and will be using them again. Professional, friendly and helpful staff with a well organised working environment. Really made the whole experience smooth, fun and confidance boosting. Thank you 😇🥰

I ordered a pair of ski boots, paid €40 for shipping, and received boots that were completely wrong. Not the right model, and not the right size. It's a scam.

We booked a one way transfer from Sofia to 7 Rila lakes chairlift by bus, on time, everything perfect

Disaster from start to finish. First, I did not realize I was taking a tour bus for local transport. My mistake. Second, I couldn't get a valid drop-off location; I was given several. I was finally dropped off at a hotel. My host had given up trying to find me from the instructions he had received from Traventuria. I ended up having to hail a taxi and find my way to my destination. I will not use this service again.
