Easy process, but expensive.
The service was good and made things really easy but when I used it two years ago the service cost around 200 dollars for regular and now the regular is 400. Seems insane that the process for a Chinese visa got easier but the cost doubled in two years.

Foolish me. Needed to expedite a visa to China
I waited much too long before applying for a visa to China. I needed it processed in a very short time and Rita at Travel Visa Pro, waked me thru it, kept me informed, and helped alleviate my fears. (It was a nail-biting time.)
It was incredibly expensive to expedite my visa, but not as expensive as it would have been to miss the trip. Shame on me, and no one else. I submitted the paperwork on a Sunday night, faxed my passport to Rita in NY on Monday afternoon, and then waited. It took a total of 10 days from the Sunday night that I submitted my info to the Wednesday that I received my passport and approved visa.
The visa request for China was more complicated and intrusive than any other visa I have been granted. It was quite unsettling to provide potentially ID-stealing information.
I called a local office near where I live and ended up talking to Rita in New York City, but I don't really know what office in NY to review.

African countries — double page needed
We found out that African countries require two pages facing each other in your passport book. Though we still had some room in our seven-year-old passports we needed to get new ones for African travel. The Travel Visa Pro company had excellent reviews and so I signed up. The forms that needed to be filled out were somewhat cumbersome and arcane, so I really appreciated having Raquel assisting me both by telephone and email.
We got our new passports in exactly the week as promised. Along the way we had notifications both from the Travel Visa Pro company, and from FedEx to keep us informed of the progress. Expedited passport service is quite expensive, but I certainly got my moneys worth.

I needed a travel visa for China
I needed a travel visa for China. Traveling to the Chinese Consulate would be very inconvenient for me. I discovered Travel Visa Pro through an internet search and price for service was very reasonable. All personnel I spoke with, Marco, Shane and Jessica, were all personable, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. I will not hesitate to use this service in the future.

I am very satisfied with the service.
I am very satisfied with the service that was provided and that my contact Mac was very helpful and professional. My only caveat (which is the reason for 4 stars not 5) is that the website is not very clear on some important matters. For me was the fact that an original copy was needed to legalize a document where in other cases, a clear scanned copy would suffice. Even though there was a hiccup, Mac and the staff still helped me get my documents early or on time. I highly recommend!
