Good service
Good service. Quicker than expected. But very expensive. They fill a niche created by (in our case) the need for two trips to the Chinese consulate (one too drop off passport and again to pick up passport and visa). San Francisco just took far away to do ourselves.

Shane was so helpful to work with. He caught that we needed to complete an additional form because of our recent travels and sent it to us immediately saving us valuable time. In addition, the FedEx-ing of documents, with tracking available, put our minds at ease. We'd recommend them 100%!
