It is written in TravelVisaPlus website that customers can get a Russian Tourist Visa invitation letter within 12 hours monday to friday after payment has been made. I made payment on sunday 21st April 2024 hoping to get the letter on monday 22nd April 2024 before the day runs out but I didn't hear from them up till now. I sent them email first through their website and secondly I also used their email address to sent mail again and I included the payment receipt. I expected a respond but they still haven't responded to me up till now. I'm disappointed.They have failed to deliver and they haven't responded to any of my emails. This is not good at all.

My heroes! These guys saved my butt and my trip!! They estimated it would take eight days for my passport renewal, but they lied to me and completed the whole process in seven days! Since I lived near one of the partners, they even picked up and delivered my passports, as well as doing all of the application paperwork. All of this accomplished as my flight date loomed near, so their fee (which was much lower than other services) was probably cheaper than all of the Zoloft that I would've required. Also, very competent and affable on top of it all. Thanks, Steve.

Excellent service! My daughter needed a visa for China and the whole process was very quick and easy. We shopped around and Travel Visa Plus is the best. Our daughter got her visa in one week and it was just “regular “ turn around time and cost way less than other places would charge. Aaron is very pleasant, answered all the questions and super helpful. We are coming back to apply for our Chinese visas next week!

Aaron Hopkins at Travel Visa Plus (recommended by the very helpful people at the Now Voyager travel agency in San Francisco) has been very knowledgeable, capable, efficient, and helpful in arranging a Tourist Card enabling this US citizen to visit Cuba in January 2019. Plus he went above and beyond, as I am a very detail-oriented person with many questions, which he always patiently and willingly answered promptly. I highly recommend using their services (paying their reasonable fee), which was well worth it as I found doing my own internet search for governmental information on traveling to Cuba was like hacking through a thicket of discouraging rigorous-sounding requirements, and Aaron simplified the whole process.

Visa services are one of those things where if the service is excellent, one notices nothing wrong. TVP was smooth, fast, and communicated well with me. Their pricing is also great.

Very fast service. Applied for visa on Thursday and and received visa via email the following Monday. Application for the e visa took only about 30 minutes. Aaron is knowledgeable and there is no hesitation on recommending Travelvisaplus as a visa service provider.
