We stayed in Al ebaa hotel which was on a little walk but service of the hotel was very good near and clean

I had a good experience with the Umrah service brother Mustafa organised for me. The package was nice yet not expensive- covered the ticket (from the UK)and hotel booking. The airline booked gave no issues with traveling; I did visa-on-arrival. Hotel in Makkah was in good proximity- 10 minutes walk with constant shuttle to haram every 30 minutes and Madina hotel was 4 star, really nice room setting. Bit trekable, at distance of 20 minutes work but runs a shuttle to masjidul nabawiyy at solah times.
I will recommend him!
