I booked car hire with MyQuidco for car hire in Florida for 6 weeks, The cost of the car hire was £1,152,54, the cash back should have been over £100. The cash back has been declined. First of all Travel Supermarket claimed I had cancelled then they changed their mind and claimed that I had used a voucher, neither are true. I travel to The US twice a year for 6 weeks, Travel Supermarket will not be getting anymore of my business. Goodbye Travel Supermarket

Misleading Website
Please be mindful that at the top of the website is says "Gatwick Hotels with Parking" in big bold letters but there are tabs underneath that take you directly to the hotel only option. Realised immediately after booking but it cannot be cancelled. I dont want others to make this very costly mistake. I feel there should be a cool off period of a couple of hours that can be used if there is a genuine mistake based on a misleading website. Costumer services unable to help me other than offering expensive parking options to add on.

Well went to site to get few quotes but only gives me options to book with holiday extra - that is one of most expensive options out there for parking anyway ..it parades itself as travel supermarkets offering best deals but yet is really an additional holidays extras site .. very deceiving..

good range of travel insurance quotes provided and form filling easy to do. Only downside is I found a cheaper quote for the same product on another comparison site.
