I recently hired a bus to take 43 people on a winery tour in McLaren Vale. The whole thing went pretty well. I had to change the number of people and the start/end times several times but they patiently did it for me and updated the quote. Choose another company
Booked a trip for work. The day before I was told that the bus driver had not been paid for the job (it was 4 days of constant driving) and they were waiting for payment for a number of previous jobs. This meant that they might not take the job (understandably). I spoke to the company several times and they assured me the driver would and had been paid which was not the case.
The driver did take the job even though they had not been paid yet, and did a great job.
Also the person I was organising the job with struggled to use the Travel safe system to update the details so I had to make my own version of the quote to make sure all of the travel requirements were agreed on. As soon as the booking was paid for I could not in contact with the guy I'd been speaking to. They did not give me the driver's details until a few days before the trip began, this included important medical information that I needed to make arrangements for.
After the trip I got a call from the person I'd been in touch with asking if the driver did a good job. He did not care about whether the driver had been paid or that it had been so difficult for me to be in touch with them after payment was made.
I'd strongly recommend using a different company.

Just to let you know we have responded to you directly with an email.
The email explained that we are a transport management company. We use local suppliers to carry out the work for our customers with the aim of being for us to select the most suitable operator for the customer. We do not directly pay the driver, we pay the company. It is, therefore, a little unfair for the driver to be complaining to you that he had not been paid when it is not our responsibility to pay him directly. We pay the company who in turn should pay the driver. In this instance we were dealing with the company and had the driver known, he would not have contacted you. I believe we had 19 movements over the 4 days which as you can appreciate can take a little time to accurately plan and I believe the trip itself ran smoothly.
Of course, it is your right to decide if you wish to adjust your review on us, but we hope you will take our response into consideration.

I received a gift card as advised by the company if I took the time to write a response. Initially there was a delay in providing the gift card but apparently this was a genuine oversight.
I booked a bus for our extended family to attend my sons wedding some distance away. There was some anxiety attached to this because its not an everyday occurrence that our children marry or to organise a bus. On the day however the driver Philip turned up in advance of the scheduled time both at pick up and to return us all home, which alleviated any anxiety about not being there. He was courteous and a careful driver getting us there and back safely. The bus was clean and comfortable.

Trip to Brisbane airport was very uncomfortable however - bus way too cramped and hot. More consideration of passenger comfort would be appreciated.

The bus driver was very good and…
The bus driver was very good and arrived on time.
As far as the cleanliness of the bus, it wasn't all that clean.
I sat up the front so I didn't know what it was like down the back, but my family told me there were sultanas stuck to the windows, and empty cans of drink in the seat pockets .Also the floor wasn't very clean.
I think you need to check with the cleaner to make sure they're doing their job properly.
Apart from that we were happy with the driver he was very polite and on time.
