If i could give them a 0 star i would,i have been waiting for my refund since june last year,and they just lie and say the same excuse every month,now im going to small claims court to get my money

Like everyone else here Travelpack have refused to refund me for my cancelled flights.It was cancelled last March due to covid.Every time I contacted them they came out with a different excuse such as we are reviewing your case,referring you to our finance department,your in the queue etc.I don’t believe they had any intention of refunding me.They know they can get away with it.Defrauding and scamming their customers.But if everyone here has had a similar experience.....and I think they have,then I can only hope these crooks will go out of business and be blacklisted.Which is scant consolation for the loss of money I paid them,but better than nothing.And future travellers will not fall prey to these vile thieves.

I have been waiting for a refund for 5 months now for a trip that was cancelled due to lockdown. They still haven't given my money back and every time I call back they try to blame it on the airline and then promise they will refund the money "soon". Do not book with them!!!

Do not book with Travelpack. This is an awful company with terrible customer service and empty promises. I have waited for a refund since October 2020. Booking was cancelled due to Covid 19. I have called numerous amount of times and I'm always told my refund is processed but I am yet to receive my money. It has been nearly 7 months. I am so disappointed, these are hard times for everyone and I would appreciate it if my money is refunded ASAP.

Very poor customer service. Agents are rude and not helpful at all. They give false promises and sweet white lies. They haven't refunded yet my ticket. I have been waiting for a year. I am extremely unhappy. Will never book with them ever again! Beware of this company!

I booked flights in February last year which were cancelled in October due to Covid. I have been waiting 6 months for a refund and get the run around when I ring. They are a useless company if I could leave minus stars I would.

DO NOT USE THIS COMANY FOR ANY HOLIDAY BOOKINGS! This company is an absolute JOKE! I cancelled a flight last year May 2020 and still haven’t received my refund to this date.
Whenever I ask to speak to a manager I get told no one is available.
They are out there to take your money. I’m not even getting a full refund whereas there are other travel agents I have booked with that have refunded me the full amount.
They are con artists!

Same as everyone chasing a refund since it was promised in April 2020. After numerous emails with all the excuses under the sun I’ve had enough. Reported them to ABTA they came back with they can’t do nothing because they are a third party so they can’t get the refund back. What’s the point of ABTA then? So now just made a claim with the small claims court on gov.uk costing £60.00 to get over £900.00 back but worth it even if it’s a little chip at them I suggest everyone does this and bring them down. Fraudulent companies like this one need to go.

Lying scammers.... avoid this company at all cost.

I'm still waiting for my refund for a booking in May 2020. It's been 10 months since they promised the refund and I'm still chasing these liers. Customer service is the worst of all and they just make up lies to your face and continue to avoid you as much as they can.

No customer service at all. I have been waiting for my refund since September 2020. I contact them regularly. Initially they just pushed the expected date on by a month now they do not even respond to email. I get the same story on the phone. I believe that they have the funds and have not passed them on . Would never use again.

Booked flights through travelpack, due to word circumstances holiday was cancelled, but have found it an absolute nightmare to get my money refunded..... lets see what BBC Watchdog has to say about this!

The return leg of our trip was cancelled due to Covid in March 2020, and we were left stranded in Australia. Travel Pack were completely unhelpful and seemed unable to understand English. We eventually bought new tickets from Qatar Airways, who were fantastic. Upon our return to the UK we asked Travel Pack to refund the unused portion of the trip. They said they were waiting for Etihad to refund them and would take 8-10 weeks. Fair enough, obviously busy due to Covid. Eventually received an invoice showing a refund due to us of £466. Asked when we will receive this in several emails, all of which have been ignored.
These people are either completely useless, or deliberately withholding payments. Use them at your peril.

They took 6 months to refund me over £2000 even after the airlines had confirmed that the refund was issued. They lie over the phone and claim the refund is being processed. I have learnt to never trust a travel agency again.

They paid after I sent a letter before action. Anybody reading this, i strongly recommend you do the same, you need to address your letter to: travelpack marketing & leisure services ltd and you can email your letter to the multiple emails travelpack use. Travelpack is just a trading name (and dormant company). The main company made almost £100 mill in 2020 even though there was a pandemic. Disgusting how they are raking it in but holding on to people's money.

Still no refund for a flight booked in May 2020. Stay away from these lying scammers.

Update.
I got my refund after threatening to take them to the small claims court like someone else done below.

An appalling company, with no redeeming features. Dreadful, unhelpful, 'make-it-up-as-you-go-along' customer service reps. And they keep the money. Travelpack received a refund from Virgin Atlantic (they've confirmed that it has been paid) and have never bothered to refund, depite having promised to do so. One can only hope they are forced into administration.

Had booked flights to Bali, wasn’t given any info on tickets, was told it was booked with China airlines and I had to contact them for seats and meals etc! China airlines had no knowledge of my booking! Asked for a refund was told in November I would receive the refund in 8-10 weeks! 4 months later still no refund and they have stopped replying to my emails.

Complete scam artists! Dont go anywhere near this company! Ive been waiting a year for a flight refund and they give me the same story as all the rest of he unfortunate souls on here. We have a saying in our business you should oil the squeakiest wheel first, so my advice is make an utter nuisance of yourself and send letters, emails threatening all sorts of legal action. It might not work but Im not going down without a fight!

I have still not received a refund for a flight booked in January 2020 for a flight in June 2020. I keep chasing but just keep being told I am in a queue for refunds. Extremely poor service. I have received refunds for all other flights booked last year with different companies. Not sure what to do now. Will never use this company again and will not recommend to anyone else.

Booked flights through this company for August 2020 which were cancelled. As of January 2020 have repeatedly asked for a refund but get the same copy and paste response:

"We apologise for the delay in processing these refunds. Your booking is in the refund queue , Please note we have chased the refund team according to them , due to the high demand of pending refunds they are processing refunds by date order they were received by the airline to us, but unfortunately there is a considerable backlog of cases to go through due to these extraordinary circumstances . We have a reduced team working through lockdown due to the impact of the global health crisis."

I spoke Aer Lingus and they haven't even received a request for the refund from the company! Absolutely terrible. Avoid.
