A great fix to a great big problem!
My travel company made a big mess of the airline portion of a travel plan. Trent Collins answered my plea for help and fixed the whole airline issue! He successfully and pleasantly re-arranged all six legs of the trip with proper seating, schedules, and other details! It took some telephone time but he was an excellent advocate for the traveler (ME!).
