Large US$ notes unhelpful
The lady on the front was very polite and seemed to be as helpful as company policy allowed, but the rules around only having big notes means I'm unlikely to use the service again, or recommend it. US dollars are used when travelling to more unusual destinations that are still predominantly cash societies. Being given mostly US$50 notes is very unhelpful and is now likely to cause more problems than buying in advance solves.

A horrible weekend experience
Absolutely terrible experience with Travel Money Oz. They made a clear mistake with my payment yet refused to release my money, leaving me stuck without access to funds. Even worse, there was no customer service support available over the weekend, which is unacceptable when dealing with travel finances. The lack of accountability and complete absence of assistance made this an extremely stressful and frustrating situation.
