Very unprofessional and disrespectful…
Very unprofessional and disrespectful customer care service. I sent them an e-mail to cancel my trip because of the spread of Corona Virus in the city that I have paid to travel to and I get an answer from the customer service that my reason doesn't make sense to them and that they wont do anything about it. They also wrote that I should go and take the trip and try to “enjoy”. It is very wrong of them to take this matter so lightly knowing about the worse scenarios of Corona Virus around the world. Very poor and pathetic!
