Great Customer Service Following Courier Loss

I ordered a large number of board games for my Community Centre. Unfortunately, the courier, who tends to get it wrong Evri time, managed to lose it.

Travelling Man, however, was very good and quick at replacing the lost items with no fuss, and refunded the elements they couldn't replace. My opinion is that their handling of this was very insightful to their dedication to customer service.
