pretty straight forward booking and decent price.

It was very easy to book the flight for 2 people. When having to choose the seats the website closed and it wasn’t easy to find reservation again. But found it through email.

We booked tickets for a total of 4,200 DKK and selected no to all extra services. At checkout, the amount showed as 4,315 DKK. We accepted this and proceeded to payment.
However, the amount suddenly increased to 6,815 DKK. We only discovered this after we had already pressed “approve payment.”

As a result, we paid 2,500 DKK more than the original ticket price without knowing why.

We called Travelis and spoke with customer service to complain about the above. She kept saying that the price changes all the time. In the end, I gave up.

This is probably the last time I will ever book with Travelis.

Great service

Is there a 0? They tried to charge me a very high fee for chaning a minor thing in my flight booking which is for free in the flight company. Firts and last time and ever used Travelis.

Pretty simple flow but dont like the constant pop ups when saying no to a multitude of extras

Reservation very faster, easy to navigate on their page. So far so good. See later how will be with checkin, get ticket.

Trying to sell me crap that I don't want. Trying to trick me to pay for extras.
They could not accept the card before I got confirmation from the bank.
Now booking is completed and they have not sent email to me. Feel unsafe with them.
Also, this was very strange, they offered only 1 meal choice without additional fee. All special meals, e.g. Asian, Vegetarian, Non-Dairy, Kosher, etc. was 150DKK or so more. I simply cannot believe that this is honest. Normally Thai Airline has those choices, without extra charge. I'll call Thai and see if I can get vegan meals.
Their confirmation letter says that I'll soon receive e-ticket. Several hours are gone and I have not received e-ticket. Does not make be feel safe.
The only positive side is that their ticket was 75DKK cheaper than other agencies.
Now here is a really bad thing I called the agency and they said that ticket has not yet been processed, that "system needs more time" and that I'll get my e-ticket in 3 to 4 days.
This is a manipulation, the "system" does not need 3 - 4 days to process my information.
They have done that on purpose so that I cannot deal directly with the Airlines.
Assholes!

Booking went fast, recieved confirmation on email.

Had to start all over twice, because the process of payment is very slow.
And got msge. that my reservation in process has been taken by another person.

During the registration process I saw one price. They increase the price for approx 300 dkk once I filled all the data and get to the payment. I selected no extra options.

Too many extra choices for extra payment. Generally too expensive, and therefor too overcomplicated

The girl in support was very nice, but it’s a robbery to take 100€ for correcting one misspelled letter in a name. Will avoid them by all means.

Had a flight delay on a return back from Africa to Denmark. Ended up being delayed for my transit flight and was stuck in the airport for 7 hours. I sent an email asking for a refund a few days later they replied I had to call them, when I did they told me I should have called within 48 hours, and that it was my fault that I didn't read the terms and conditions. No wonder they ratings here are so low, dont even know how all of this is legal/possible in Europe.

Very bad - if no customer service. And a very rude reply from some dude who hardly speaks English.
After waiting on the phone for 20 minutes, I was informed that the staff handling my request had taken a break, so I would have to call back in 30 minutes. What the heck???!!!

Easy to follow booking process

Worst agency ever. The webpage said an error when I payed for flight tickets, and made me type in payment info twice. Now I have paid twice for the same tickets, and they refuse to pay me back. Don’t book through this agency!!
