We were not happy as we were quoted another price and sold another policy which was slightly expensive but because I didn't have enough time to shop around for insurance I bought with them previously I have use them and we very happy.

Having looked into your policy, I can see that you spoke with my colleague who explained that the price increased because your date of birth was corrected from that of a dependant to an adult, your trip duration was updated to be one day longer than originally entered, and you selected a slightly higher level of cover.

Good value & easy
Have used this site before. Fairly straightforward to get good value insurance for pre-existing health conditions at a competitive price. The idea of a 24hr UK GP available for medical advice as part of the package is attractive. Cheaper than most of the big companies.

We are sorry that you were unable to purchase a policy for a year: we understand that can be frustrating if you have multiple trips planned. However, our ability to offer insurance at a reasonable price and for older clients means that we have certain restrictions and this includes having a maximum age for our annual policies.
