Bought an article on their website and supposed to be delivered by ColisPrive in France but I've never received my purchase. When tracking my order, ColisPrive mentioned that I wasn't home but I'm doing home office 5 days a week full time. No one rang my door bell, no one showed up and no one called to inform about the delivery. It's impossible to contact Travelinoutdoor through their online form as not working. Noone feels accountable nor responsible for the delivery on schedule but Travelinoutdoor already cashed my payment. I'll file a complaint

Bought a knottend cardigan on februari 3 and this cardigan was not delivered. I have submitted a support from several times and have received no response. There is no accesibility by phone, so I’m afraid I won’t get my payment back.

I have read a review where the soles came off after 4 months use, well get this: wore them for a day and both came off, no rain on them, did not jump around or even run after my dog... the soles are a joke and I do not know if I should wait on for the zippers to break so I take it to the repair shop one time... 😅 🙃 😬

I am severely unhappy with a TRAVELIN winter boot I bought. It's heal came loose after just using it for 4 months. I contacted Travelin themselves and was informed they could not help me and had to contact the company I bought the Travelin boot from. I did so and was told there is no guarantee on shoes. I fully understand that but one does expect more than 4 months usage from a 190 euro pair of Boots !!

Bought a jacket on a Black Friday sale only to be told a few days later sorry it’s out of stock. Yet you go on the site and it’s still in stock but now more expensive! I was offered a 10% off future orders but I won’t be using it.Had I known it was “out of stock” I would have ordered elsewhere during the sales.

I can still feel my toes!
1. The boots were delivered the next day.
2. (and most importantly) this is the first pair of shoes that actually prevents my toes from going numb! I have extremely cold feet (Raynauds Syndrome) and I spent the weekend walking around in -3ºc and never once did my feet feel cold or numb. FINALLY.
3. I have the Rosseland Black wool-lined Chelsea boot. I am normally a 38 but went for 39 given the lining and ensuring space for thick socks. They're great!

I am so thrilled about this pair of boots.

Great quality product, love the boots, and fast delivery free of charge. Recommended by my neighbour.
