I bought a lawnmower from them and it never arrived. Their email address doesnt work now. They stole my money!!
They took my money and never sent me the item. They have ignored all my emails. I paid with a credit card so will claim my money back through my bank. Very frustrating though and meant that my partner didn’t have his Xmas present.
Ordered a shed from them I was told it would take 5-8days for delivery, never came and no answer to my emails.
Ordered a dishwasher from this company, still waiting for delivery haha.A total scam, avoid this company at all costs, managed to get my money back from the bank, thank goodness.
I ordered a coffee machine £45.47 on 26/11/25. They told me by email that it would arrive in 5 to 8 working days. It’s now been 13 working days, and the emails are being returned. No response. Lost my money.
SCAM COMPANY
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I actually had a bad experience with a FALSE Travelingtike website. From France, I bought a coffee machine at a very low price (160EUR instead of about 299EUR). I got a confirmation email, then nothing. They took the money but I never received anything. I got in touch with the true Travelingtike.com and I got a considerate answer. They actually do not sell such appliances. I should have been more careful, but the true Traveling Tikes shop is 100% reliable. That's why I gave them 5 stars. I am the victim of a phishing website. Be very careful!!!
Product paid for online thankfully with credit card so hopefully I will get my cash back never arrived. They don’t answer e-mails. This looks all th world to be a cloned site of legit travelingtikes.com - note the s which is missing from the suspected fraudulent site.
They offer products that would not be on the legit site which is for kiddies stuff. Stay well clear. Hope they get the karma that they deserve.
I have never received my goods that I paid for and they do not respond to any emails that you send / Facebook message. No response and no delivery updates have been sent at all. scam site!!!!!
I think its fraud.. no communication no item delivered lost 45 gbp .. its scam company
I placed an order on 27th of November. Had an confirmation email but still no delivery. Have emailed twice but no response. Shocking. Will never use them again. It was a Chritmas present. Not sure if it will come or not.
Order never arrived. not responded to emails, so I claimed a refund from my credit card. Most probably a fraudulent company.
This is a spoofing website (mimics the genuine brand of Traveling Tikes - with an ‘s’). I had made a purchase but quickly realised this was a fraud. Thankfully credit card company has refunded the payment, and I hope their cyber crime team are able to bring this down.
A scam - do not use.
This looks like a scam, I have noticed they have registered their business in google shopping (I have screenshots), and they receive payments through the link payment platform under the business name fastyfood. The company was registered with "link" with email fastyfood16 at gmail.com, phone +33786662129, and website fastyfood.fr This could have been a legit business used to cover the operation without the business owner actually being aware of. I have received a refund from Link, which I am very grateful for their prompt action, absolutely impeccable action from Link. On the other hand, google shopping has been impossible to reach. Everytime I tried to report fraud or scam in google I was asked to contact the company!! This is clear indication google is not taking fraud and scam seriously. Through their actions, lack of oversight and omissions, they help crime thrive online. As google has such a massive footprint in search and advertising, it is indirectly helping disseminate scams and frauds throughout the world. The digital market and financial sector need strict regulation to prevent fraud becoming so wide spread that trust in online business may be affected. Google has been fine before, and I think Google operations should be disabled until they comply with basic law or common sense. I am writing to the EU commissioner to demand prompt action.
Beware! The site appear be a copy of travelingtikes ( end with es ) this is tike tried used their chat or support and nobody is there, address is California and website domain from July 2025… I recommend walk away - UPDATE- was one of the first on report this website, also reported to google where first they refused remove because complying with their policies, they offer me report again and then never heard of google again, Google is too slow or not take the fraud website or shopping listings seriously. Should be highlighted to fraud and google need to be more serious on these cases
Although the site seems legit, their declared address is of a legitimate shop called travelingkites.com.with an "s" based in California. Yet they call themselves a londoneze copany.
Very suspicious in my opinion.
