I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Playa del Carmen, All Inclusive Resort (Adults Only) for my 2-year anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience.

I must thank Daniel at Travlingos for securing such a fantastic deal and setting us up with our transport to/from the airport! Despite having already prebooked the hotel, he offered a rate of $1400 lower than what I had booked through Priceline VIP, making it an even more exceptional value for money!

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. From check-in to check-out, their warmth and professionalism stood out. Room service was always within the 30 minutes they quoted. The wait staff at each restaurant was patient and very accommodating. We barely felt any language barrier throughout our stay. Even when walking through the halls, the staff shared a courteous smile along with a buen venidos or hello.

THE FOOD. As someone who had All-inclusive at four other hotels in Cancun, I can confidently say that the food quality at Hilton Playa del Carmen was the best—surpassing JW Marriot and Unico. The array of dining options, ranging from gourmet Asian, Mediterranean, and Italian dishes to local specialties, catered to every taste and dietary restriction (they asked for dietary restrictions at the beginning of every meal/room service order!). Each meal had exquisite flavor, matching the cuisines offered at each restaurant. Our favorite was the Mediterranean/Italian fusion restaurant - Kalamata. We went there about 4 times during our stay. The attention to detail and presentation truly elevated the dining experience.

The room quality at Hilton Playa del Carmen was outstanding. Spacious and beautifully decorated. Each room had a hot tub and a hammock, making it feel like a luxurious retreat. We'd spend our kick-back days between excursions reading from the hammock while enjoying a cocktail from the pool bars or detoxing a long day after the Xcaret excursions in the hot tub. The bedding was right in that sweet spot between soft and firm. Every night was restful, and if you wanted a more firm pillow, room service could provide.

What truly set Hilton Playa del Carmen apart (besides the exquisite food) was the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere. Whether we were lounging by the pool, indulging in a spa treatment, or simply enjoying a cocktail at the bar, every moment felt like a true escape from reality.

John performed excellently. I try to minimize changes or adjustments to a ticket, but whenever they're necessary, he manages them with the utmost professionalism. He provides early warnings about things like airport lounges, and additional baggage fees, and offers reliable recommendations for our journey. I strongly endorse John!
