For the return journey travel hub missed our baggage on the ticket by marking it zero baggage, however, we fully paid for baggage and ticket. When we reached to check-in counter BA staff told us there is no baggage mentioned on our ticket and if we wanted to take the baggage we need to pay additional £170 which would be refundable to the agent and agent can return the overpaid back to us, Travel Hub is also confirmed the same that they will refund the baggage. Now it's more than 1-month travel Hub and BA hasn't returned the overpaid baggage amount and I am chasing travel hub on daily basis and they are saying BA hasn't yet refunded them back so they can't refund me. This is like I am trapped between travel hub and BA and not sure who is holding my extra payment.
All I want with this review is, please be very careful while booking your tickets with Travel Hub and make sure, your tickets are correctly created by the travel hub or any agency with whom you are booking tickets. I would request be very careful while booking with travel hub as they speak differently and deliver different tickets. To avoid surprises on the travel day I would request avoid travel hub booking as on the travel day for travel agency mistakes you might suffer and your schedule might be disturb. I would not recommend travel hub anymore due to this bad experience with their team.
