I'm impressed with the service of Rio in Travelheights
So far very good service – much cheaper prices than other travel agencies and airlines. I’m really impressed with the service Rio has provided – he has been very professional and taken his time to search for various options to get a best deal for family tickets.
Rio’s efficiency and care for customers have saved us a significant amount of money for our tickets to Delhi – in his absence, Elena has also provided updates timely and efficiently.

I'm glad I answered their call back.
I was doing research for a flight and accidently put in my details including phone number. I ignored the first call 20 seconds later but answered the second call from Kenton. I'm glad I did. He was professional, helpful and not too pushy. He could see what I had been looking at and came up with the same flight as SkyScanner but overall saved us about £800. The rest of the transaction went smoothly. Just ignore the cheap prices advertised on the website but give them a go anyway.

So far so good
So far so good. Tickets to Sydney were cheapest by far that I could find. I was sceptical and thought they don't exist as I have had an experience before. I was able to check tickets with Malaysian Airlines and so far they seem to be genuine. Alma did her best to reassure me. I will write again after my flight in Late July and hopefully add another star to my review.

This review is based on my experience with travel heights flight agents. No one paid me for this review. So I needed two flight tickets to Nigeria. I normally use a virgin airline but this time, I am on a budget. I tried checking on Skyscanner for any cheap flight and also trying not to get into scammer people. Because I am being scammed before more than x4 and one happened recently but I need flight tickets. Anyway I came across a travel height company, I read their reviews and I called them. Even though it is a lots of good positive and good negative reviews😂. And I took the positive review and I asked for Racheal. We talked through all the available options but still not sure about them, so I told Rachael about my past experience and she really encouraged me to trust them. Honestly, I was overjoyed when I received my confirmation e-ticket, and I was also be able to confirm with the airline, choosing my Seat Thank you so much Rachael you are a very nice person. I know I gave you headaches but it was because of my past experience. So thank you, and I will definitely recommend this company travelheights to my friends and family!!!💯
