Simple process, clear direction.

The website is easy to use and the customer service is amazing. I have had 2 times in the past when I had to use my insurance and you all made it very easy.

The info for the 3 choices was laid out well and made it easy to review. Pricing was easy to follow as well.

Easy to navigate and book.

I have contacted this company for a refund 4 times. They keep asking for more information. The third time I called they said the check was in the mail. After eating for 12 days they send me email wanting a copy of a refund. Called them they told me no information about sending me money. I’m not sure this is legit company. I asked to do a survey after talking to the representative & I said yes & they hung up on me. That is a red flag!!!

Easy to use website. Insurance coverage details easy to find and understand.

I purchased insurance during purchasing a trip. The flight company canceled the flight due to war situation in Israel. We received full refund from the flight company but the insurance company do not give us back the premium due to we passed 15 days period of purchasing the insurance. The trip was cancelled because the airline fault and we received damage because your cancellation policy.

I was renting a hotel room for my Autistic son and his friend. They were going to a weekend long Comic Con type event. The friend ended up having to cancel due to a surgery they needed. Travel Guard required medical documentation from the surgeon before they would proceed with reviewing my "case", which was a simple 2 night stay at a hotel. What a joke. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to ask his friend for personal medical information just to save a couple of bucks. So what, if we had a cancel merely because we lacked transportation, would they have required pictures of a broken down car and a credit score?

Travel Guard is my go to travel insurance company. Unfortunately, serious family emergencies caused me to file claims in the past. The agents were wonderful to deal with, meant to everything to me. I’ve been loyal a for a long time now. I never travel without them!

Easy and straightforward process.

This is a scam. I am a contractor that deals with insurance companies every day and my claim was denied even though the reason for my cancellation was specifically stated in the policy, after I provided more than enough documentation. I had a work meeting across the country that was cancelled. Do not purchase under any circumstance.

My son became ill a day before we were supposed to go to Europe from CA. Travel guard reimbursed us 100% hassle free. SO glad we went with travelguard.
