SCAM WEBSITE! BUYER BEWARE

SCAM WEBSITE! BUYER BEWARE! Goods not received! Ordered 19 April, it’s now 4th May with no tracking information. $40 it appears down the drain. Thieves! I’ll be reporting them to the ACCC and appropriate consumer rights ombudsman.

Zero communication and misleading claims of service.

Their website states all orders within AU and NZ will be dispatched in 24 hours. THIS IS A LIE. Do not buy from this company. I'm still waiting and when I followed up to find out when my order will move, I've got radio silence (it's just a gmail, so maybe they'll get around to it). I bought a gift from this website and it will now not arrive in time. Had I known their claims for dispatch were misleading, I would have taken my business elsewhere.

Extremely poor customer service and…

Extremely poor customer service and communication. I attempted multiple times to arrange express shipping for a CARES Child Aviation Restraint System due to tight timing, including calling repeatedly, leaving messages, and emailing, with little to no response. The only reply received was a short, generic email with no name or point of contact, no sign-off, and no assistance — simply stating that express post WAS an option. However, at checkout, the ONLY option available was parcel post.

I was then told if I ordered the product it would be sent express. Due to the lack of communication and clarity this did not occur so I have unnecessarily ordered a product twice and wasted approximately $2,000 in unnecessary costs for additional seats on two separate flights and equipment I now no longer need.

This level of service is unacceptable, particularly for a product marketed for child safety and stress-free travel.

This is my first time ever flying with my one year old daughter. (Her first flight full stop) This was supposed to be a special experience and it is now tarnished.

I 100% cannot recommend this business based on my experience.

I would appreciate a response from the company to resolve this matter and help prevent similar experiences for other customers. Buyer beware.
