This was the easiest, fastest travel insurance package I have ever purchased. The process was not only quick but thorough to ensure all aspects of the trip I wished to cover was covered. I liked how additional coverage options were presented.

Straightforward
Like the ease and simplicity of purchasing the insurance. The price seems reasonable and we have previously purchased. Hopefully we never have to use it, but honestly, last autumn is sure would have been nice to have it during a cruise from Boston to Quebec when I suffered retinal detachment in left eye and retinal tears in right eye. Rough lesson to learn.

She patiently LISTENED to my situation, then carefully and completely answered my questions, never made me feel rushed, gave me time to input changes on the online form and generally lowered my stress level to zero from previous 1000. By the way, after our conversation, I stayed on the line to enter the robot's two questions. When I entered a "5" it didn't move on to the second question, then responded that my input was invalid. Huh? It may be since this was a landline and robot only communicates w/digital realm2026.
