Speaking with your representative Lauren, was amazing. She listened and was VERY patient with me. She stayed on the phone until I completed the travel insurance form process, and told me afterward I would be getting a confirmation email within five minutes. Love her. Weak coverage description
The legal-ese description is absolutely not helpful. All I want to know is: will you help me if things go awry on my trip? What if I get sick? What if my purse (cell, wallet) is stolen? What if my hotel burns down? Will you help me?

Terrible - do not purchase!!
Terrible! Do not purchase this insurance if you are wanting to be insured in cases where the airline causes a delay/trip interruption that ruins your travel plans! I submitted my claim, and they denied me stating that the only thing they cover under trip interruption is a medical issue that you can prove with documentation.

Great agents on phone
I called 3 x... the reps were great and I left a review (after te calls). Only because they helped me w answers I was able to do this online.. The agents I spoke with were Emily and Kelsey. Emily in particular spent a lot of t8me on phone w me and I learned a lot!!!
