A very bad experience with this company

I advise people to use other airlines if they don’t want to regret their journey
I paid them to change my ticket from 27 to 25
But they never did it and kept on saying they’re on it until the date pass by

This company is not serious

Don’t trust them , they’ve scammed me and never refund my funds

Michelle was great! - she was excited to help. Listened to what I was trying to do with the overall trip and gave good suggestions/recommendations.

Talking with us about what we want. Providing an itinerary based on discussions. Than modifying after we review and research everything.

Andrea MacLure was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The booking process and the information provided with the quote was exactly what I was looking for.

Quite disappointing experience. I happened to make an air ticket reservation using my Axis Bank credit card using reward points. Subsequently I wanted to make an amendment due to some personal reason. I called their customer service. To my surprise they said I have to send an email with the request. This was my first shock. However I sent the email with my preferred flights. After 24 hours I got the response with wrong flight suggested to me. I again sent email. There was no response. I again called and requested. Then again I got a respond that they are looking into this. Finally after 48 hours I got their response. I find it preposterous that to make a flight reservation change you keep writing emails and wait for their response. I commit to myself that I will never use their services again. I have been extremely disappointed with the quality of their service. If someone from the company really cares for the customers, let them call me and explain. My booking details for reference are

This is my second time availing the service of Traveledge and they never disappoint. A special thanks to Cinta Bargues for making the experience so smooth and transparent. Best Travel consultant ever!! Four of us girls were trying to plan a 2 week trip to Italy but hadn't a clue where to start. We knew what all we wanted to see and do! I did some research on Travel consultants and I chose Travel Edge. Cinta Bargués answered and I'm so glad she did!! She was absolutely outstanding in all aspects.
She did exactly what we asked of her, and then some, all in our budget!! The trip was absolutely amazing and spectacular!! I highly recommend Cinta for all your travel needs! We absolutely love her ❤️

Travel Agent JP Harrison likes to attack woman online. He’s displayed very low behavior & I can only hope this individual doesn’t represent the character of this location. If anyone from this company wants screenshots of this mans foul behavior please reach out to me.

Sousan from Travel Edge really helped in making our trip to Japan and Korea organized and memorable. We enjoyed the tours and activities that she recommended and would plan a trip with her again.

We were looking for a post-trip travel plan following a Trek Travel cycling tour. Trek is known for their “Vacations of a Lifetime” and their attention to providing exquisite customer service. Sousan/Travel Edge was recommended by my brother who is a veteran world traveler. We are so thankful for the referral, as she provided us with a perfect itinerary to round out our first trip to Japan. The private transfers made our arrival and departure stress-free. The hotel recommendations met/exceeded our high expectations and Sousan ensured that the best rooms were selected. The guided tours were wonderful with very professional and knowledgeable guides. The evening Kyoto Food Tour was another highlight, providing an opportunity to enjoy amazing food alongside local diners where we would not have likely been able to experience on our own. We had the opportunity to have 24/7 support, but with everything planned so expertly and professionally, there was no need. All we had to do was to enjoy our very special travel adventure.

Very personable travel agent who worked hard to book tours and identify things that matched our interests and price range. We had an issue with a tour at the end of our trip and she squeezed the vendor to make it up to us with a better tour for the same price.

We had booked a trip to Maui through Sousan Parker out of Toronto office. We were scheduled to go in October of 23. Unfortunately, the Maui fires happened and we canceled our trip because Lahaina was destroyed by the fires and this was one of the main places we were going for. At the time we told Sousan about canceling she told us she needed an email stating we wanted to cancel, at no point did she tell us of a 5% cancellation fee. It took almost 6 months to get most of our money back. We lost $600 dollars on that travel edge didn’t refund. But the money we paid was more than 5% of our invoice. We had made it clear from the beginning that we wanted refundable everything, in case something happened. The 5% fee is not clearly stated on the last page where most of the fees are listed. It only states that fees could be charged for cancellation. The hotels, plane fare and all the activities that we had planned refunded our money as the fires in Maui were a natural disaster, yet travel edge still charged us a fee. It was very difficult to get updates on our refund process also.

Joanna made our trip exceptional! It was exactly what we needed. She took the time to go over all the aspects of the trip we wanted and made sure we covered everything on our list.

Cindy is a delight to work with! She is so detail oriented and communication is excellent. I love working with her.

Jennifer Cameron was a great agent to work with. She was professional, polite and quick to respond when I needed it. She assisted me with planning the ideal vacation, with a unique stay in Meaford at a property I had been eyeing on Instragram and didn't know if it would be possible to even book as they look to be booked very far in advance!

Thank you Jen for everything, you made my very late honeymoon possible, and everything we could have dreamed of.
