I do not recommend this company.

I do not recommend this company.

The company sold me what was supposed to be a ticket to Tropical Islands, but it was not accepted at the venue. The staff at Tropical Islands told me that the document provided by Travelcircus was not a valid ticket, while Travelcircus's phone support insisted that it was.

I wasted more than two hours at the venue trying to resolve the issue. In the end, I had no choice but to buy new tickets with my own money in order to enter.

It has now been more than three weeks, and Travelcircus still claims that they sold me a valid ticket and refuses to issue a refund. As a result, I have lost around PLN 800.

I strongly advise against using this company's services.
