! SCAM COMPANY OUT TO LOOT YOU !
My booking ref no is TCAUO890889.
I booked a ticket on 15/08/2025 and paid £574.02. I got an email confirmation, but when I went to the airport, I was told there was no booking for me.
I called the company on 20/08/2025. They said the booking was cancelled because of security concerns and that they had refunded me. But I never got any refund.
On 22/08/2025, I called again. This time they said the payment never reached them and told me to contact my bank. I called my bank twice, and both times they confirmed the money was sent to the tarvelcartuk.
On 29/08/2025, I called again. One agent told me to send an email. When I called a second time, the agent pretended not to hear me and ended the call.
This company has taken my money, given me excuses, and not provided any help.
