Bev Walters is without a doubt the best travel agent I've ever come across. We travel a lot, and have used many travel agents over the years, but no one comes close to the service and expertise Bev provides. Her eye for detail, knowledge of the industry, and passion for putting together the very best itinerary at the lowest cost are only some of the reasons I consider her to be outstanding at what she does. Booking with Bev means superior service and peace of mind. She goes above and beyond for her customers, and I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

Bev Walters at Travel Bird has been looking after our travel booking needs for quite a while. I am pleased to report that her planning and preparation for all our travel needs is faultless. Additionally, on a holiday through Europe one time, after Bev had been extremely creative and produced a wonderful holiday, we had a couple of speed bumps pop up. One speed bump had to do with a duplicate charge on our credit card and another was a change by the cruise company. I let Bev know via email...really just out of intent to keep her informed. The following morning we awoke to an email from Bev with all the actions she had taken to rectify the errant actions of others. Later, when we arrived back to our hotel from a day of sightseeing, the rearranged planning data was printed and laid out on our bed, compliments of the hotel and Bev's actions overnight.

With sensitivity to Bev's own privacy and time off, I have frequently been impressed by her speedy reactivity to issues.

I cannot think of sufficiently appropriate comment to summarise the professionalism and complete planning of this extremely talented travel agent, all the while her mannerand friendliness are impeccable.

On a scale of 1 to 5, Bev is a 99!

We have been using Bev for our travel needs for a number of years, and just wish we had found her earlier. Even for the most complicated itineraries, she organises all arrangements down to the finest detail, and keeps us informed along the way. We really appreciate that she can be contacted outside of normal business hours and we know that if something unforeseen happens while we are overseas, all we need to do is call her and she'll fix it. All of this is accomplished with the friendliest service and her travel tips and advice are invaluable.

Over the years as our family and our needs have changed Bev has been great at helping us with our holiday plans.
From travelling with babies to now travelling with tweens she has helped us consider stopovers, flight times, transfers to hotel from airport to make things easier for us at the time and seeking out the most affordable deals.
Then there are the times we have gone on holidays to celebrate milestones and it’s the consideration she has for us as clients and organised a welcome wine. Not expected but much appreciated!

While booking overseas travel can be very daunting especially in very foreign countries, and not to mention lining everything up!!
