Passenger details, including names, are entered directly by the customer through our automated booking system. The information provided at the time of booking is submitted for ticket issuance exactly as entered. There is no manual retyping of passenger names by our team, and therefore no scope for human error on our part in this process.
Where a customer enters incorrect details, any correction is subject to the airline’s rules, procedures, and charges. These charges are determined by the airline and must be paid before any amendment can be made.
Traveasy cannot be expected to absorb costs arising from an error made by the customer during the booking process. We are a commercial business and are required to apply airline and supplier terms consistently.
We would ask that your review accurately reflects the facts, including that the issue resulted from incorrect passenger details being entered at the time of booking, rather than any error made by Traveasy.

Hassle not at all worth the money saved. Felt like a scam.
Advertised cheap ticket and then tried to get me to pay more in order for me to receive my ticket or I could pay for a refund. The hassle is not worth the money saved and chances are you’ll end up paying more or the same as buying a ticket directly from the airlines sight or from a more trusted third party.

Great Customer Service and Best fares
Extremely pleased with the service and agents, Juli was extremely helpful since the advertised fare was rejected by the airline, Traveasy honored the price that was initially quoted and issuing the ticket without delay!

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. They are currently holding my money hostage for more then 2 months for a cancelled flight and refusing to refund me.

Juli was extremely helpful since the advertised fare was rejected by the airline, Traveasy eventually went ahead and honored the price quoted, covering the difference and issuing the ticket without any delay!

Traveasy will try to scam you. They post a price, then call and try and raise that price to market rate. I was still able to get my original price point, however in the future, they could eliminate this distinctly unethical practice.

Our representative contacted you promptly to inform you of the fare adjustment and offered the option of a full refund should you have preferred to cancel the booking. As you did not wish to proceed with the higher fare and the difference was minimal, our representative chose to absorb the additional cost as a goodwill gesture to honour your booking. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Booked a flight with Traveasy for £600. Payment taken, booking confirmed. Two hours later I received this email: "We would like to inform you that the flight you booked is currently unconfirmed by the airline due to the unavailability of seats in the booked fare category. However, the same flight is still available under a different fare class with an additional fare difference of GBP 55."
Advertise a fare you cannot deliver, take the customer's money, then demand more once they are committed. A trader cannot unilaterally increase the price after payment. The only lawful options are to honour the booking or refund in full.
I have requested an immediate full refund and will pursue a Section 75 chargeback through my card issuer if it is not processed within 14 days. I am also reporting this to ABTA and the Civil Aviation Authority.
Avoid Traveasy. Book direct with the airline. The £20 you might save is not worth the stress, the time, or the risk of losing your money entirely.

Our team works to secure bookings at the confirmed price wherever possible, but where airline pricing changes in real time, this can affect the final ticketing outcome. Traveasy does not send any booking confirmation until the ticket is issued. If we are unable to issue the ticket at the price you have paid, the customer will receive a full refund.
