Make sure you get a response back of the print info
First off the sending time was pretty long
But the big issue is they completely got the location and coordinate totally WRONG on the plaque
My wife and I met at a remote fly-in only Lodge, there are absolutely no roads within a 150-200mi radius, on the plaque shows roads from a metropolitan area and I checked the coordinates and it shows Anchorage which is very long way away

Never received my package
Never received my package. Worst tracking experience I've ever had. Not once did the company or the mail delivery service give me an estimated date of arrival until I was consistently emailing them for an answer and I got a response apparently after it was supposed to be delivered a month later to which the postal service told me it got "lost" or "damaged" in transit and they don't know where it is. Customer service with Transparent Tracks was unhelpful and they couldn't give me any more answers that I already didn't know. Wouldn't recommend purchasing internationally unless you want a headache

Disappointing, date format printed wrong
Was so excited for this to arrive for my partner as a special hommage for our anniversary of when we met on 5th January. I didn't open it before he did (it has a film over it, so wouldn't have seen the error anyway). He opened it on Christmas Day and the date format was incorrect. In NZ we use the date format 05/01/2024 and it came with the USA date format of 01/05/2024 (which looks like the 1st May in NZ). I emailed their support and of course they are claiming this was my error, I can 100% say I would not have chosen a format which makes it look like our anniversary was in May instead of January!?! Unfortunately you don't get any confirmation of your order at the cart when you are paying or on your order emails, so it's their word against yours. Their only suggestion was I pay another $20 USD via a PayPal account for them to correct. I don't have a PayPal account, have since emailed them back asking for other payment methods with no response. I wish I had read all these reviews before purchasing as it looks like mine isn't the only one they have stuffed up and taken no responsibility for. Ordered on 4th Dec, arrived 23rd Dec, emailed 27th Dec then again 31st Dec, now crickets. Would not recommend

Very poor. Still not received items and post indicates its still at Heathrow since Dec 20th. I have messaged Transparent Tracks twice and had no response.

Disappointing product
Cute idea but what they represented in the proof is not how it actually looks, I ordered an ornament with the location of where my husband an I met, it shows a detailed map with street names when I ordered but the product didn’t have any street names printed on it to show the actual location
Now you reply saying it’s printed exactly as the preview? So I’ll be sending you proof that it’s not!

I was very disappoint when I realized that the "music" ones didn't play any music. For $50 ea. and that they asked for the artist and song...I assumed it would play the song selected but it DOES NOT.
I can get ones that play music on amazon for around $30 ea.

Nice & unusual present which was well received and their service is good.
To be fair, it’s probably overpriced- especially the wooden base if you get it like I did.
However if you are looking for something a little different this might fill the bill.

Really cool idea, but quality control could be better.
Really cool idea I found scrolling through Instagram. I like the personalization of it. And the shipping was surprisingly fast considering it came from Australia to the US. The reason I gave 3 stars is because it’s not straight. I ordered it for my gf for Christmas. Didn’t open it when it came just wrapped it up. So I was unimpressed when she opened it Christmas morning and the first thing I noticed was the map was crooked. Overall cool idea, just not super thrilled about the quality.
