I strongly recommend this company to translate documents, especially if you need to present them to UK government authorities. The service provided is fast, efficient, great value for money, no spelling mistakes , although they ask you to review the translation before the final copy, in my particular case I found none and all the dates were 100% correct. Finally their presentation is excellent, with a company seal on each translated page and also on the documents sent for translation. Very professional translation company. Juan Antonio Montana

The staff from Translayte did a great job with my translations. We had good communication through the process and the documents arrived very quickly. I really recommend this company, and I will contact them in the future for my other translations.

I’ve been dealing with this company for over a month now, and the experience has been nothing short of exhausting. Despite providing detailed corrections and feedback multiple times, they keep sending back inaccurate and poorly done translations. In fact, each version seems to introduce new mistakes, including even incorrect dates and factual errors.

What’s worse, when I requested a refund (which is more than fair given the unusable quality of the work), they refused, claiming that they had “already completed the job.” That’s not how professional translation services should operate; delivering something full of errors is not “completing the job.”

I’ve spent far too much time trying to fix their mistakes and get them to take responsibility. The entire process has been frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of money.

I strongly advise others to stay away from this company if you care about quality, accuracy, or basic customer service.

Very happy with such good service online. They work quickly and precise. They are responsive to questions, a very helpful service. Which I certainly recommend.

It’s taken a week and a half to correct errors on the translation, there is such as numbers that simply need to be copied from original documents. It’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting.

They use machine DeepL for the translation! Do not waste your money! I paid more then a thousand pounds for the translation of 22 pages with a professional translator and received the translation made by the programme DeepL. The translation I made myself with this programme was exactly the same (just 3 words per page were different). I even sent them my translation to prove the point. They kept insisting that it was made by a real person. That is disgusting and completely insane. That translation cost me nothing and took like 1 minute. And they took 1 thousand pounds from me...

Excellent web site or ordering, quick and helpful customer service. Translation was generally good but not perfect and two basic errors had to be corrected but that was done quickly - you do need to check the translation with a native speaker IMO. Hard copy documents professionally printed, but were slow to arrive with the original order. Also hard copy documents sent without any document wallets to organise and protect so hard copies arrived looking a bit second hand even when replaced FOC which was kind of them, the replacement hard copies were bent at the corners and edges which is a shame because overall very good and would use again.
