Efficient service to the USA
I was happy with their service to the USA's West Coast. My small item was safely delivered for about 2 weeks. The shipment booking process was clear and easy to do, the shipping labels were provided right away, and the tracking info was promptly updated. I felt that my package was in safe hands.

Excellent Service
I used this company over 22 times to send packages from Germany to Papua New Guinea in the last 5 years. Most of the time there was no interaction needed with the customer service, but for those times where I needed help I got a friendly and prompt help. I was always pleased - their service is excellent - you got prompt help via eMail or when you call them you get help right away. Also the shipping rates via DHL Express are very good. I am looking forward to use them many times in the future.

Really satisfied
We had to manage an International shipment to US and Theresa was my linked. She followed the communication quickly and clear entirely in English. I was really glad to have her support service to help with the resolution of requests during the entire shipment process. We use TG quite often to book shipment and the customer service is always available, helpful and quick to solve problems.

I required my passport delivering from Germany to the UK next day delivery on a Saturday. After speaking with a number of couriers Transglobal Express were the best. Not only did my passport get delivered next day on a weekend with no problems and at a great price, Theresa D who handled my experience was amazing from start to finish. She guided me through the process from start to finish and regularly called and emailed to update me, Thank you so much Theresa you were great and you really got my out of a tricky situation. I am so grateful. I would highly recommend using this service and I definitely will again. 10/10.
