Horrible customerservice

I loved their protein shakes so much I made a huge order. Like around $200.00. My mistake. I didn't get over half my order. I have emailed them 5 times, I finally got an email that asked what was missing. I emailed them back with a specific list and now they are ghosting me. I have to literally call my bank and stop payment. They have good products, but really really bad customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere, which is a shame because I spend around $500.00 a month on protein powders every month.
