If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero I would. Customer support is horrible, they refuse to fix anything yet they promise the world but that's it just promise. We have been giving them a chance to get it right but its simply not happening. App doesn't work, driver doesn't get messages and loads, etc...

Transflo product works fine

Transflo product works fine. Customer support is where it sucks it’s happened many times where I call and they answer but just leave it like that they don’t say a word. Just waiting for me to hang up

Lies upon lies.

Lies upon lies. Management needs to follow through with their promises and be examples of the “values” they do strongly talk about in meetings. Chaotic, stressful work environment with lots of evening and weekend last-minute requests. Major improvement needed at this place.

Would not recommend!

In 2021, I handled billing for Jetway Transport, which was designated "out of business" by both FMCSA & DOT in January 2022. I contacted them to terminate the contract then but Transflo has continued to charge my account for the past 9 months even though they have not been providing any type of ELD services. I recently contacted them again via email & was told that even though the company was designated “out of business,” the associated devices continued to work & were active on their network. Meaning, they continued to provide service even if Jetway wasn’t actively using the devices. This reasoning completely contradicts an email we received on February 18th of this year from Transflo regarding the devices that we have. This email stated that "Your ELD device is connected to AT&T’s 3G network. AT&T will be turning off all 3G access by February 22. This will render your device unusable." Meaning, service was in fact not provided by Transflo for any reason because the devices we have were no longer operational on February 22, 2022, nor were they active on Transflo's network. Nevertheless, the account was consistently charged monthly service fees for devices that did not work, for a company that was no longer in business. I've requested to be refunded for those months that the account was charged when no service was provided on devices that were essentially unusable (according to Transflo), to no avail. This tactic of forcing a lengthy service contract for inoperable devices is unfair business practice, and it is highly unethical to continue to charge for services that are not actually being provided, especially after a company is deemed out of business. I see this as simply another way for larger companies to take advantage of smaller businesses, which does not align with Transflo's customer service principles. I have noticed other complaints with the BBB in which customers in identical situations as this were in fact refunded, which should be the same in my case.

Transflo - DONT DO IT!

Our company switched from Omnitracs to Transflo and it's terrible! DONT DO IT. It seems there are no bugs worked out of it and although it was supposed to be an upgrade from our 3G system to their 4G system we have more dead spots than we ever did. We were told by sales Devin it would be a seamless transition with our McLeod based operating system. Nothing has worked correctly since it's been installed. No help from Transflo, we now have to bounce between our operating system and Transflo because the locations and logs are not pulling over consistently. Everything blamed on our system or the way we are trying to utilize it.
Recently I found a post from another trucking company and called them. They put Transflo in their trucks in November and are experiencing all the same issues. Devin told them the same thing that integration would be seamless with their operating system Innovative. The support personnel has claimed the issues are with our systems and not Transflo. Curious how 2 companies with 2 different operating systems are having the exact same issues and it's our systems, not Transflo's problem. Neither company had issues with their previous ELD company Omnitracs and Peoplenet other than they were 3G so had to be replaced with 4G.
Kudos to Devin for being a great liar, errrr I meant salesperson.

Transflo app is very bad

Transflo app is very bad. It freezes if you navigate too quickly. Gets stuck on loading and sending screens. The app sometimes doesn't work and goes offline when I KNOW I have a data connection. Terrible, terrible, terrible. If my job didn't make me use it, I would uninstall immediately!
