The service is quite good

The service is quite good, the costs are transparent and affordable, and the payment experience is smooth and satisfying. However, my account has been under review for more than 3 days and still hasn’t been resolved, even though the notification said it would only take 2 days. I kindly request an explanation. 🙏🙏
