Good idea, poor execution
1. Every change to the listing (including description and price) requires a review that can take up to 24h, this is unacceptable for a last minute deals.
2. Within last 3 days you cannot make ANY changes to the listing, including price. This is ridiculous because the most time-critical negotiation happens in the last few days.
3. Support doesn't seem to have any ability to make any changes themselves.
4. From their FAQ - "we are so confident your listing will sell, we will reimburse your fee once it's sold". This doesn't make any sense. If you are confident my listing will sell, then you should reimburse if it DOESN'T sell.
5. Expect cheeky offers on listings, do not expect to recover more than 20-25% at best.

We do try to approve the listings as soon as possible, but there can sometimes be delays; this is something we are looking at limiting.
With regards to amending the listing within the last 3 days, we do not accept any listings, new or amended, within 3 days of expiration as it can take up to 72 hours for the documents to be transferred over between the buyer and the seller, which therefore wouldn’t leave enough time to action on this.
We are confident our customers' listings will sell, however, on occasion, they may not, and we cannot guarantee the sale. We therefore do retain the initial listing fee as per the selling service we offer and our T&C’s.

Awful Buggy Website - Don't trust your money with them
Awful. A website that is full of bugs - unable to edit properly - good luck on mobile. If this is how they present their site be VERY weary.
EDIT 11/06/23 - WATCH OUT there is a sudden uptake of great reviews and replies from TT, within the last 6 days which all appear to be VERY DUBIOUS.

Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish, made several listings but they didn't appear on the site, even after the 24 hour verification process. No response to emails and impossible to get through over the phone. Useless, do not waste your time.
