Great site to learn transcription. They have great evaluation team that provide necessary corrections this helps transcribers to learn more and improve quality. The job flow is okay. Guaranteed weekly pay.

My account got terminated due to inactivity. I felt so bad because I thought that my working relationship with them can stand for me. Before terminating account can you please reach out to the transcribers, especially if its inactivity issue. In Kenya we had that El Nino season, and unfortunately the part where I come from was affected. I could not manage to run to cyber everyday given that I also have a 5-months old baby to take care of. Just be considerate next time!!!! I don't even have the energy to request for a second chance because I felt so disappointed. I believe you still have my email and account details. I rest my case.

Collaborated with the company and received a total of five ratings, with two clients providing positive feedback and three ratings from a single client who commended my work. Despite achieving more than three target bars and earning over 10 dollars, I did not receive payment. Moreover, the client expressed dissatisfaction with my painting, resulting in my account being suspended without specific details on the problematic work. Unfortunately, I am unable to log into my account now as it has been terminated due to this client complaint. The lack of transparency in identifying the specific issue raises concerns, as there is no information on which task or aspect went wrong. This experience has left me puzzled, considering they are not even the top-ranked platform. It seems there might be a questionable practice of utilizing individuals to generate revenue, offering lengthy audio tasks, short deadlines, and minimal compensation. Other platforms, there has been a practice of providing constructive feedback to freelancers, allowing them to address specific issues and improve their performance. This approach fosters a collaborative environment, enhancing the overall quality of the platform's offerings. A reputable company not only nurtures the professional development of its employees but also prioritizes client satisfaction, fostering a dual commitment to both growth and service excellence.

The pay may not be that high but the customer service replies to inquiries fast. The works provided exceeded 10minutes which is difficult for me to work on. I hope to have more easier work so that I can have an easier transition as a starter/beginner. Thank you for the opportunity.
The company has been great ever since I started here. Although recently, I am experiencing some technical issues. First was the transcript I proofread that reflected on my report after submission and then later on, was gone. Support team asked me to just redo it again. Also, the audio seems to load slower. My connection is stable after speedtest. But overall, I'm happy with the company, but I hope the compensation is a bit higher.
It was a good experience but a short-lived one that reminded me to never put all my eggs in one basket.
They respond to your emails incase you are having trouble working, so that's a plus.
My only concern is, my account was probably deleted because when I key in the logins it shows 'username or password incorrect'. I emailed them and their response was that my account was terminated due to low quality rating or account being inactive. My rating was at 3.90 and on the week my account was terminated I had actually managed to reach 10+ credits. I'm still healing.
Work for them at your own peril. For them to pay you, they require you to have completed 10 credits(many hours), you wonder from where will you get credits when the site hardly has jobs. For example, if you start the job on a Thursday, and by Sunday you haven't accumulated the 10 credits, they wont pay you for your Thursday-Sunday work. On Monday you start again from zero and all your work goes to waste....even if the work was 100% accurate. When you become persistent inquiring about your pay, they close your account. They like to benefit from free work, a scam even and very rude assistants. Worst company I have ever worked for. And to think I was a proofreader, then I really pity the transcribers.
There's no enough work in their site to accumulate the credits required to be paid so you'll be doing free work for them. They will submit your work and be paid by the client but they wont pay you.

TranscriptionStaff did terminate my account recently on the count of submitting an unedited file which was not true at all. A warning would have come in handy maybe since it was the first time, my ratings were 3.98. My account user number was if9254.
I made this site my bread and butter and got promoted to proofreader level, I have spent hours on end working on the site and I genuinely request my account be reinstated because it was my lifeline. T.S I kindly ask for your consideration. Thank you.
This company offers great opportunity for mom like me. Thank you for the chance you've given me. Recently I just got terminated and the issue was 4/6 recent work are rejected. I'm hoping you can give me second chance. Can I apply again?
My account has been terminated due to low quality rating and I fail to understand how.
1. I could receive few jobs even after spending the whole night refreshing their site.
2. Only three jobs have been rated out of the few that I did.
3. My work has never been rejected.
4. They don't give any warnings whatsoever, and the QC comments after reviewing submitted work is not enough for transcribers to note areas that require improvement.

Workflow is great. Instead of limiting the number of refreshes per minute, just automate your site.
work at this company at your own risk. At first, it's ALL GOOD UNTIL THEY FIND OUT YOU'RE MAKING MONEY and they'll then terminate your account and forfeit all your payment for a simple mistake. They have the guts to steal the money you've worked for and have nothing to tell you.This is a scheme to steal from people because honestly, who do they pay that money? This got to stop.

They make payments on time, they pay a certain percentage bonus if you complete 30+ credits. And they pay you for the works you do and they don't pass the AI quality check because of little mistakes.
