Scam: Deducts Your Free Credits Once You Buy Credit Pack
Scam - Site is very misleading touting that it's a free video to text service. Provides no transparency about how their services work. Once you start using it, you quickly discover that you are allotted 5 free credits a week. You are then given the option to buy additional credits. 1 minute equals 1 credit and video length is rounded up so even if a video is 1 minute and 1 second you will be charged 2 credits. This wouldn't be so bad given that it's a pay as you go model but wait for it—once you buy credits you discover that all those "free" credits you were using, immediately get deducted from your paid credit pack. Like what?! What a scam! No where on the site do they disclose this. I contacted support and received a one sentence response that confirmed that is what they do. The experience left such a bad taste in my mouth over their deceptive and don't give an F about the customer practices. How do they expect to retain customers if they can't be upfront and honest? Stay away, do not recommend!
