The RMD process was simple and straightforward. The paperwork and check was issued in less that two weeks. The personnel that I talked to were very courteous and friendly.

At first inquiring about my retirement due to medical reasons I was extremely frustrated. I was not getting answers to my questions. I eventually spoke with a kind gentleman that walked me through everything and was able sign everything electronically. so I was all set until my employer gave your my separation date information. I used the app and website quite often and was very helpful in getting info i was searching for. Thank you!
